Kings 15:8-16
In the thirty-eighth yearH8141 of AzariahH5838 kingH4428 of JudahH3063, ZechariahH2148 the sonH1121 of JeroboamH3379 reignedH4427 over IsraelH3478 in SamariaH8111, sixH8337 monthsH2320.
And he did evilH7451 in the sight of Jehovah, according as his fathersH1 had done: he departedH5493 not from the sinsH2398 of JeroboamH3379 the sonH1121 of NebatH5028, who madeH6213 IsraelH3478 to sinH2398.
And ShallumH7967 the sonH1121 of JabeshH3003 conspired against him, and smote him before the peopleH5971, and slew him, and reignedH4427 in his stead.
And the restH3499 of the acts of ZechariahH2148, behold, they are writtenH3789 in the bookH5612 of the chronicles of the kingsH4428 of IsraelH3478.
This wasH1961 the wordH1697 of Jehovah which he spokeH1696 to JehuH3058 sayingH559, Thy sonsH1121 shall sitH3427 upon the throneH3678 of IsraelH3478 unto the fourthH7243 [generation]. And so it came to pass.
ShallumH7967 the sonH1121 of JabeshH3003 began to reignH4427 in the thirty-ninth yearH8141 of UzziahH5818 kingH4428 of JudahH3063; and he reignedH4427 a full monthH3391 in SamariaH8111.
And MenahemH4505 the sonH1121 of GadiH1424 wentH935 up from TirzahH8656, and cameH935 to SamariaH8111, and smote ShallumH7967 the sonH1121 of JabeshH3003 in SamariaH8111, and slew him, and reignedH4427 in his stead.
And the restH3499 of the acts of ShallumH7967, and his conspiracyH7195 which he made, behold, they are writtenH3789 in the bookH5612 of the chronicles of the kingsH4428 of IsraelH3478.
ThenH227 MenahemH4505 smote TiphsahH8607, and all that were therein, and its territoryH1366 from TirzahH8656, because they did not openH6605 [to him]; and he smote [it]: all the women in it that were with child he ripped up.
