Genesis 28:13-22

13And, behold, Jehovah stoodH5324 above it, and saidH559, I am Jehovah, the GodH430 of AbrahamH85 thy fatherH1, and the GodH430 of IsaacH3327: the landH776 whereon thou liest, to thee will I giveH5414 it, and to thy seedH2233; 14and thy seedH2233 shall beH1961 as the dustH6083 of the earthH776, and thou shalt spreadH6555 abroad to the westH3220, and to the eastH6924, and to the northH6828, and to the southH5045: and in thee and in thy seedH2233 shall all the familiesH4940 of the earthH776 beH1961 blessedH1288. 15And, behold, I am with thee, and will keepH8104 thee whithersoever thou goest, and will bringH7725 thee again into this landH127; for I will not leaveH5800 thee, until I have done that which I have spokenH1696 to thee of. 16And JacobH3290 awaked out of his sleepH8142, and he saidH559, Surely Jehovah is in this placeH4725; and I knewH3045 it not. 17And he was afraidH3372, and saidH559, HowH4100 dreadful is this placeH4725! this is none other than the houseH1004 of GodH430, and this is the gateH8179 of heavenH8064.

18And JacobH3290 roseH7925 up earlyH7925 in the morningH1242, and tookH3947 the stoneH68 that he had putH7760 under his headH7218, and setH7760 it up for a pillarH4676, and pouredH3332 oilH8081 upon the topH7218 of it. 19And he calledH7121 the nameH8034 of that placeH4725 Beth-el: but the nameH8034 of the cityH5892 was LuzH3870 at the firstH7223. 20And JacobH3290 vowedH5087 a vowH5088, sayingH559, If GodH430 will beH1961 with me, and will keepH8104 me in this wayH1870 that I goH1980, and will giveH5414 me breadH3899 to eatH398, and raiment to putH5414 on, 21so that I come again to my father’sH1 houseH1004 in peaceH7965, and Jehovah will beH1961 my GodH430, 22then this stoneH68, which I have setH7760 up for a pillarH4676, shall beH1961 God’sH430 houseH1004: and of all that thou shalt giveH5414 me I will surely giveH5414 the tenthH6237 unto thee.
