Genesis 27:5-17
5And RebekahH7259 heardH8085 when IsaacH3327 spake to EsauH6215 his sonH1121. And EsauH6215 wentH935 to the fieldH7704 to huntH6679 for venison, and to bringH935 it. 6And RebekahH7259 spake unto JacobH3290 her sonH1121, sayingH559, Behold, I heardH8085 thy fatherH1 speakH1696 unto EsauH6215 thy brotherH251, sayingH559, 7BringH935 me venison, and makeH6213 me savoryH4303 food, that I may eatH398, and blessH1288 thee before Jehovah before my deathH4194. 8NowH6258 thereforeH6258, my sonH1121, obey my voiceH6963 according to that which I commandH6680 thee. 9Go now to the flockH6629, and fetch me from thence twoH8147 goodH2896 kids of the goatsH5795; and I will makeH6213 them savoryH4303 foodH4303 for thy fatherH1, such as he loveth: 10and thou shalt bringH935 it to thy fatherH1, that he may eatH398, so that he may blessH1288 thee before his deathH4194. 11And JacobH3290 saidH559 to RebekahH7259 his motherH517, Behold, EsauH6215 my brotherH251 is a hairy manH376, and I am a smoothH2509 manH376. 12My fatherH1 peradventure will feelH4959 me, and I shall seem to him as a deceiver; and I shall bringH935 a curseH7045 upon me, and not a blessingH1293. 13And his motherH517 saidH559 unto him, Upon me be thy curseH7045, my sonH1121; onlyH389 obey my voiceH6963, and go fetch me them. 14And he wentH935, and fetched, and broughtH935 them to his motherH517: and his motherH517 madeH6213 savoryH4303 foodH4303, such as his fatherH1 lovedH157. 15And RebekahH7259 tookH3947 the goodly garmentsH899 of EsauH6215 her elder sonH1121, which were with her in the houseH1004, and putH3847 them upon JacobH3290 her youngerH6996 sonH1121; 16and she putH3847 the skinsH5785 of the kids of the goatsH5795 upon his handsH3027, and upon the smooth of his neckH6677: 17and she gaveH5414 the savoryH4303 foodH3899 and the breadH3899, which she had prepared, into the handH3027 of her sonH1121 JacobH3290.
