1“At that timeבָּעֵ֤תba.'EtH6256,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068, “I will be theGodלֵֽאלֹהִ֔יםle.lo.HimH430of allלְכֹ֖לle.KholH3605thefamiliesמִשְׁפְּח֣וֹתmish.pe.ChotH4940of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478,and they shall be My peopleלְעָֽם׃ סle.'AmH5971.”

2ThisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: “The peopleעַ֖ם'amH5971whoH8300survivedH8300the swordחָ֑רֶבCha.revH2719Foundמָצָ֥אma.Tza'H4672graceחֵן֙chenH2580in the wildernessבַּמִּדְבָּ֔רba.mid.BarH4057--Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478,when it wentהָל֥וֹךְha.LokhH1980tofindH7280its restלְהַרְגִּיע֖וֹle.har.gi.'OH7280.”

3The Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068appearedנִרְאָ֣הnir.'AhH7200to himlongH7350agoH7350, saying, “I havelovedאֲהַבְתִּ֔יךְ'a.hav.TikhH157you with an everlastingעוֹלָם֙o.LamH5769loveוְאַהֲבַ֤תve.'a.ha.VatH160;Thereforeעַל־ כֵּ֖ן'al- kenH5921 H3651I have drawnH4900you outH4900withkindnessחָֽסֶד׃Cha.sedH2617.

4I will buildאֶבְנֵךְ֙'ev.neKhH1129you againע֤וֹדodH5750and you will be rebuiltוְֽנִבְנֵ֔יתve.niv.NeitH1129,Virginבְּתוּלַ֖תbe.tu.LatH1330of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478! You willtakeתַּעְדִּ֣יta'.DiH5710up yourtambourinesתֻפַּ֔יִךְtu.Pa.yikhH8596againע֚וֹדodH5750,And goוְיָצָ֖אתve.ya.TzatH3318outH3318to the dancesבִּמְח֥וֹלbim.CholH4234of therevelersמְשַׂחֲקִֽים׃me.sa.cha.KimH7832.

5Againע֚וֹדodH5750you willplantתִּטְּעִ֣יti.te.'IH5193vineyardsכְרָמִ֔יםkhe.ra.MimH3754On thehillsבְּהָרֵ֖יbe.ha.ReiH2022of Samariaשֹֽׁמְר֑וֹןsho.me.RonH8111;The plantersנָטְע֥וּna.te.'UH5193will plantנֹטְעִ֖יםno.te.'ImH5193And willenjoyוְחִלֵּֽלוּ׃ve.chi.Le.luH2490the fruit.

6For thereH3426will beH3426a dayי֔וֹםYomH3117when watchmenנֹצְרִ֖יםno.tze.RimH5341On the hillsבְּהַ֣רbe.HarH2022of Ephraimאֶפְרָ֑יִם'ef.Ra.yimH669callקָרְא֥וּka.re.'UH7121outH7121, ‘Ariseק֚וּמוּKu.muH6965, andlet’s goוְנַעֲלֶ֣הve.na.'a.LehH5927upH5927toZionצִיּ֔וֹןtzi.YonH6726,To the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068our Godאֱלֹהֵֽינוּ׃ פ'e.lo.Hei.nuH430.’”

7For thisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: “SingH7442aloudH7442with joyשִׂמְחָ֔הsim.ChahH8057for Jacobלְיַֽעֲקֹב֙le.ya.'a.KoH3290,And be joyfulוְצַהֲל֖וּve.tza.ha.LuH6670with thechiefבְּרֹ֣אשׁbe.RoshH7218of the nationsהַגּוֹיִ֑םha.go.YimH1471;Proclaimהַשְׁמִ֤יעוּhash.Mi.'uH8085,giveH1984praiseהַֽלְלוּ֙ha.LuH1984,and sayוְאִמְר֔וּve.'im.RuH559,‘Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068,saveהוֹשַׁ֤עho.Sha'H3467Your peopleעַמְּךָ֔'a.me.KhaH5971, Theremnantשְׁאֵרִ֥יתshe.'e.RitH7611of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478!’

8BeholdH2009, I ambringingמֵבִ֨יאme.Vi'H935them from the northצָפ֗וֹןtza.FonH6828countryמֵאֶ֣רֶץme.'E.retzH776, And I willgatherוְקִבַּצְתִּים֮ve.ki.batz.TimH6908them from the remoteH3411partsמִיַּרְכְּתֵי־mi.yar.ke.tei-H3411of the earthאָרֶץ֒'a.RetzH776, Among them those who areblindעִוֵּ֣ר'i.VerH5787and those wholimpוּפִסֵּ֔חַu.fi.Se.achH6455,The pregnantהָרָ֥הha.RahH2030womanH2030and she who is inH3205laborH3205,togetherH3164;They will returnיָשׁ֥וּבוּya.Shu.vuH7725hereהֵֽנָּה׃He.nahH2008as a greatגָּד֖וֹלga.DolH1419assemblyקָהָ֥לka.HalH6951.

9They will comeיָבֹ֗אוּya.Vo.'uH935with weepingבִּבְכִ֣יbiv.KhiH1065,And by pleadingוּֽבְתַחֲנוּנִים֮u.ve.ta.cha.nu.NimH8469I will bringאֽוֹבִילֵם֒'oi.LemH2986them;I will leadאֽוֹלִיכֵם֙'o.li.KhemH1980them bystreamsנַ֣חֲלֵיNa.cha.leiH5158of watersמַ֔יִםMa.yimH4325,On a straightיָשָׁ֔רya.SharH3477pathבְּדֶ֣רֶךְbe.De.rekhH1870on which they willnot stumbleיִכָּשְׁל֖וּyi.ka.she.LuH3782;For I amהָיִ֤יתִיha.Yi.tiH1961afatherלְאָ֔בle.'AvH1to Israelלְיִשְׂרָאֵל֙le.Yis.ra.'ElH3478,And Ephraimוְאֶפְרַ֖יִםve.'ef.Ra.yimH669isMy firstbornבְּכֹ֥רִיbe.Kho.riH1060.”
