10Forcrossעִבְר֞וּ'iv.RuH5674to the coastlandsאִיֵּ֤י'i.YeiH339ofKittimכִתִּיִּים֙khi.ti.YimH3794and seeוּרְא֔וּu.re.'UH7200,And sendשִׁלְח֥וּshil.ChuH7971toKedarוְקֵדָ֛רve.ke.DarH6938and observeוְהִֽתְבּוֹנְנ֖וּve.hit.bo.NuH995closelyמְאֹ֑דme.'OdH3966,And seeוּרְא֕וּu.re.'UH7200ifהֵ֥ןhenH2005there has beenהָיְתָ֖הha.ye.TahH1961anythinglike thisH2088!

11Has a nationגּוֹי֙goyH1471changedH4171godsאֱלֹהִ֔ים'E.lo.HimH430, Whenthey were not godsאֱלֹהִ֑ים'E.lo.HimH430?But My peopleוְעַמִּ֛יve.'a.MiH5971haveexchangedH4171their gloryכְּבוֹד֖וֹke.vo.DoH3519For that which is of noH3808benefitיוֹעִֽיל׃yo.'IlH3276.

12BeH8074appalledH8074at thisH2088,you heavensשָׁמַ֖יִםsha.Ma.yimH8064,And shudderוְשַׂעֲר֛וּve.sa.'a.RuH8175,be veryמְאֹ֖דme.'OdH3966desolateחָרְב֥וּcha.re.VuH2717,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the Lordיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.

13“For My peopleעַמִּ֑י'a.MiH5971have committedעָשָׂ֣ה'a.SahH6213twoשְׁתַּ֥יִםshe.Ta.yimH8147evilsרָע֖וֹתra.'otH7451:They have abandonedעָזְב֜וּ'a.ze.VuH5800Me, Thefountainמְק֣וֹר׀me.KorH4726of livingחַיִּ֗יםchai.YimH2416watersמַ֣יִםMa.yimH4325,To carveH2672outH2672for themselvescisternsבֹּאר֔וֹתbo.RotH877,Brokenנִשְׁבָּרִ֔יםnish.ba.RimH7665cisternsבֹּארֹת֙bo.RotH877That doלֹא־lo'-H3808not holdיָכִ֖לוּya.Khi.luH3557waterהַמָּֽיִם׃ha.Ma.yimH4325.

14“Is Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478a slaveהַעֶ֙בֶד֙ha.'E.vedH5650?Orאִם־'im-H518is he a servantH3211bornH3211in the homeבַּ֖יִתBa.yitH1004?Whyמַדּ֖וּעַma.Du.a'H4069has he becomeהָיָ֥הha.YahH1961plunderלָבַֽז׃la.VazH957?

15The youngכְפִרִ֔יםkhe.fi.RimH3715lionsH3715have roaredיִשְׁאֲג֣וּyish.'a.GuH7580at him, They haveroaredH5414 H6963loudlyH5414 H6963. And they havemadeוַיָּשִׁ֤יתוּvai.ya.Shi.tuH7896his landאַרְצוֹ֙'ar.TzoH776a wasteלְשַׁמָּ֔הle.sha.MahH8047;His citiesעָרָ֥יו'a.RavH5892have been destroyedH5327,withoutמִבְּלִ֥יmi.be.LiH1097inhabitantיֹשֵֽׁב׃yo.ShevH3427.
