2He will not cryיִצְעַ֖קyitz.'AkH6817outH6817norH3808raiseיִשָּׂ֑אyi.Sa'H5375His voice,NorH3808makeיַשְׁמִ֥יעַyash.Mi.a'H8085His voiceקוֹלֽוֹ׃ko.LoH6963heardH8085in the streetבַּח֖וּץba.ChutzH2351.

3A bentרָצוּץ֙ra.TzutzH7533reedקָנֶ֤הka.NehH7070He will not breakיִשְׁבּ֔וֹרyish.BorH7665offAnd a dimlyH3544burningH3544wickוּפִשְׁתָּ֥הu.fish.TahH6594He will not extinguishיְכַבֶּ֑נָּהye.khab.Be.nahH3518;He will faithfullyלֶאֱמֶ֖תle.'e.MetH571bringיוֹצִ֥יאyo.Tzi'H3318forthH3318justiceמִשְׁפָּֽט׃mish.PatH4941.

4He will not bedisheartenedיִכְהֶה֙yikh.HehH3543or crushedיָר֔וּץya.RutzH7533Untilעַד־'ad-H5704He has establishedיָשִׂ֥יםya.SimH7760justiceמִשְׁפָּ֑טmish.PatH4941on the earthבָּאָ֖רֶץba.'A.retzH776; And thecoastlandsאִיִּ֥ים'i.YimH339will waitיְיַחֵֽילוּ׃ פye.ya.Chei.luH3176expectantlyH3176for Hislawוּלְתוֹרָת֖וֹu.le.to.ra.ToH8451.”

7Toopenלִפְקֹ֖חַlif.Ko.achH6491blindעִוְר֑וֹתiv.RotH5787eyesעֵינַ֣יִם'ei.Na.yimH5869, Tobringלְהוֹצִ֤יאle.ho.Tzi'H3318outH3318prisonersאַסִּ֔יר'a.SirH616from the dungeonמִמַּסְגֵּר֙mi.mas.GerH4525And those who dwellיֹ֥שְׁבֵיYo.she.veiH3427in darknessחֹֽשֶׁךְ׃Cho.shekhH2822from the prisonמִבֵּ֥ית כֶּ֖לֶאmi.Beit Ke.le'H1004 H3608.

8I am the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068, that isMy nameשְׁמִ֑יshe.MiH8034;I will not giveאֶתֵּ֔ן'e.TenH5414Mygloryוּכְבוֹדִי֙u.khe.vo.DiH3519to anotherלְאַחֵ֣רle.'a.CherH312,Norלֹֽא־lo'-H3808My praiseוּתְהִלָּתִ֖יu.te.hi.la.TiH8416to idolsלַפְּסִילִֽים׃la.pe.si.LimH6456.

9Beholdהִנֵּה־hi.neh-H2009, theformerהָרִֽאשֹׁנ֖וֹתha.ri.sho.NotH7223thingsH7223have comeבָ֑אוּVa.'uH935to passH935,Now I declareמַגִּ֔ידma.GidH5046newוַֽחֲדָשׁוֹת֙va.cha.da.shOtH2319thingsH2319;Beforeבְּטֶ֥רֶםbe.Te.remH2962they sproutתִּצְמַ֖חְנָהtitz.Mach.nahH6779I proclaimאַשְׁמִ֥יע'ash.Mi'H8085them to you.”

13The Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068will goיֵצֵ֔אye.Tze'H3318outH3318like a warriorכַּגִּבּ֣וֹרka.gi.BorH1368,He will stirיָעִ֣ירya.'IrH5782Hiszealקִנְאָ֑הkin.'AhH7068like a manכְּאִ֥ישׁke.'IshH376of warמִלְחָמ֖וֹתmil.cha.MotH4421.He will shoutיָרִ֙יעַ֙ya.Ri.a'H7321,indeedאַף־'af-H637,He will raiseH6873aH6873warH6873cryH6873. He willprevailיִתְגַּבָּֽר׃ סyit.ga.BarH1396againstעַל־'al-H5921His enemiesH340.
