17Terrorפַּ֥חַדPa.chadH6343and pitוָפַ֖חַתva.Fa.chatH6354and snareוָפָ֑חva.FachH6341Confrontעָלֶ֖יךָ'a.Lei.khaH5921you, you inhabitantיוֹשֵׁ֥בyo.ShevH3427of the earthהָאָֽרֶץ׃ha.'A.retzH776.

18Then it will be that the one who fleesהַנָּ֞סha.NasH5127the soundמִקּ֤וֹלmi.KolH6963of terrorהַפַּ֙חַד֙ha.Pa.chadH6343will fallיִפֹּ֣לyi.PolH5307into the pitהַפַּ֔חַתha.Pa.chatH6354, And the one whoclimbsוְהָֽעוֹלֶה֙ve.ha.'o.LehH5927out of the pitהַפַּ֔חַתha.Pa.chatH6354will be caughtיִלָּכֵ֖דyi.la.KhedH3920in the snareבַּפָּ֑חba.PachH6341; For thewindowsאֲרֻבּ֤וֹת'a.ru.BotH699aboveמִמָּרוֹם֙mi.ma.rOmH4480 H4791are openedנִפְתָּ֔חוּnif.Ta.chuH6605, and thefoundationsמ֥וֹסְדֵיMos.deiH4144of the earthאָֽרֶץ׃'A.retzH776shakeוַֽיִּרְעֲשׁ֖וּvai.yir.'a.ShuH7493.

19The earthהָאָ֑רֶץha.'A.retzH776is brokenרֹ֥עָהRo.'ahH7489apartהִֽתְרֹעֲעָ֖הhit.ro.'a.'AhH7489,The earthאֶ֔רֶץ'E.retzH776issplitפּ֤וֹרPorH6565throughהִֽתְפּוֹרְרָה֙hit.po.RahH6565,The earthאָֽרֶץ׃'A.retzH776is shakenמ֥וֹטMotH4131violentlyהִֽתְמוֹטְטָ֖הhit.mo.TahH4131.

20The earthאֶ֙רֶץ֙'e.retzH776tremblesH5128like a heavyH7910drinkerH7910And swaysוְהִֽתְנוֹדְדָ֖הve.hit.no.DahH5110like a hutכַּמְּלוּנָ֑הka.me.lu.NahH4412, For itswrongdoingפִּשְׁעָ֔הּpish.'AhH6588isH3513heavyוְכָבַ֤דve.kha.VadH3513upon it,And it will fallוְנָפְלָ֖הve.na.fe.LahH5307,neverוְלֹא־ve.lo'-H3808to riseקֽוּם׃ סKumH6965againתֹסִ֥יףto.SifH3254.

21So it will happenוְהָיָה֙ve.ha.YahH1961on that dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117,That the Lordיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068willpunishיִפְקֹ֧דyif.KodH6485the rebelliousangelsצְבָ֥אtze.Va'H6635ofheavenהַמָּר֖וֹםha.ma.RomH4791on highבַּמָּר֑וֹםba.ma.RomH4791, And thekingsמַלְכֵ֥יmal.KheiH4428of the earthהָאֲדָמָ֖הha.'a.da.MahH127on earthהָאֲדָמָֽה׃ha.'a.da.MahH127.

22They will be gatheredוְאֻסְּפ֨וּve.'u.se.FuH622togetherאֲסֵפָ֤ה'a.se.FahH626Likeprisonersאַסִּיר֙'a.SirH616in thedungeonבּ֔וֹרBorH953,And will be confinedH5462inH5462prisonמַסְגֵּ֑רmas.GerH4525;And afterH4480manyוּמֵרֹ֥בu.me.RoH7230daysיָמִ֖יםya.MimH3117they will bepunishedיִפָּקֵֽדוּ׃yi.pa.Ke.duH6485.
