3and sayוְאָֽמַרְתָּ֙ve.'a.mar.TaH559to the sonsלִבְנֵ֣יliv.NeiH1121of Ammonעַמּ֔וֹןa.MonH5983, ‘Hearשִׁמְע֖וּshim.'UH8085the wordדְּבַר־de.var-H1697of the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GodH3068!ThisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136 GodH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: “Becauseיַעַן֩ya.'AnH3282you saidאָמְרֵ֨ךְ'a.me.RekhH559, ‘Ahaהֶאָ֜חhe.'AchH1889!’againstאֶל־'el-H413My sanctuaryמִקְדָּשִׁ֣יmik.da.ShiH4720whenכִֽי־khi-H3588it was profanedנִחָ֗לni.ChalH2490,and againstוְאֶל־ve.'el-H413the landאַדְמַ֤ת'ad.MatH127of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478whenכִּ֣יkiH3588it was madeH8074desolateנָשַׁ֔מָּהna.Sha.mahH8074,and againstוְאֶל־ve.'el-H413the houseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004of Judahיְהוּדָ֔הye.hu.DahH3063whenכִּ֥יkiH3588they wentהָלְכ֖וּha.le.KhuH1980into exileבַּגּוֹלָֽה׃ba.go.LahH1473,
4thereforeלָכֵ֡ןla.KhenH3651,beholdH2009,I am going to giveנֹתְנָ֨ךְno.te.NakhH5414you to thepeopleלִבְנֵי־liv.nei-H1121of the eastקֶ֜דֶםKe.demH6924as a possessionלְמֽוֹרָשָׁ֗הle.mo.ra.ShahH4181,and they will setH3427upH3427their encampmentsטִירֽוֹתֵיהֶם֙ti.ro.tei.HemH2918among you and makeוְנָ֥תְנוּve.Na.te.nuH5414their dwellingsמִשְׁכְּנֵיהֶ֑םmish.ke.nei.HemH4908among you; they willeatיֹאכְל֣וּyo.khe.LuH398your fruitפִרְיֵ֔ךְfir.YekhH6529and drinkיִשְׁתּ֥וּyish.TuH8354your milkחֲלָבֵֽךְ׃cha.la.VekhH2461.
5I will makeוְנָתַתִּ֤יve.na.ta.TiH5414Rabbahרַבָּה֙ra.BahH7237a pastureלִנְוֵ֣הlin.VehH5116for camelsגְמַלִּ֔יםge.ma.LimH1581,and the sonsבְּנֵ֥יbe.NeiH1121of Ammonעַמּ֖וֹןa.MonH5983a restingלְמִרְבַּץ־le.mir.batz-H4769placeH4769for flocksצֹ֑אןTzonH6629.Then you will knowוִֽידַעְתֶּ֖םvi.da'.TemH3045that I am the Lordיְהוָֽה׃ סYah.wehH3068.”
6For thisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136 GodH3068saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559: “Becauseיַ֚עַןYa.'anH3282you haveclappedמַחְאֲךָ֣mach.'a.KhaH4222your handsיָ֔דYadH3027and stampedוְרַקְעֲךָ֖ve.rak.'a.ChaH7554your feetבְּרָ֑גֶלbe.Ra.gelH7272, and haverejoicedוַתִּשְׂמַ֤חva.tis.MachH8055with allבְּכָל־be.kholH3605the maliceשָֽׁאטְךָ֙sha.te.KhaH7589in your soulבְּנֶ֔פֶשׁbe.Ne.feshH5315againstאֶל־'el-H413the landאַדְמַ֖ת'ad.MatH127of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478,
7thereforeלָכֵ֡ןla.KhenH3651,beholdH2009, I havereachedH5186outH5186with My handיָדִ֜יya.DiH3027againstעָלֶ֗יךָ'a.Lei.khaH5921you and I will giveוּנְתַתִּ֤יךָֽ־u.ne.ta.Ti.kha-H5414you asplunderלְבַז֙le.vagH957to the nationsלַגּוֹיִ֔םla.go.YimH1471. And I willcutוְהִכְרַתִּ֙יךָ֙ve.hikh.ra.Ti.khaH3772you offH3772from the peoplesהָ֣עַמִּ֔יםha.'a.MimH5971andeliminateוְהַאֲבַדְתִּ֖יךָve.ha.'a.vad.Ti.khaH6you from the landsהָאֲרָצ֑וֹתha.'a.ra.TzotH776.I will exterminateאַשְׁמִ֣ידְךָ֔'ash.Mi.de.khaH8045you. So you willknowוְיָדַעְתָּ֖ve.ya.da'.TaH3045that I am the Lordיְהוָֽה׃ סYah.wehH3068.”

8‘The Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136 GodH3068saysאָמַ֖ר'a.MarH559thisכֹּ֥הkohH3541: “Becauseיַ֗עַןYa.'anH3282Moabמוֹאָב֙mo.'AvH4124and Seirוְשֵׂעִ֔ירve.se.'IrH8165sayאֲמֹ֤ר'a.MorH559, ‘Beholdהִנֵּ֥הhi.NehH2009,the houseבֵּ֥יתbeitH1004of Judahיְהוּדָֽה׃ye.hu.DahH3063is like allכְּכָֽל־ke.khal-H3605the nationsהַגּוֹיִ֖םha.go.YimH1471,’
9thereforeלָכֵן֩la.KhenH3651,beholdH2009, I am going todepriveפֹתֵ֜חַfo.Te.achH6605the flankכֶּ֤תֶףKe.tefH3802of Moabמוֹאָב֙mo.'AvH4124of itscitiesמֵהֶ֣עָרִ֔יםme.He.'a.RimH5892,of its citiesמֵֽעָרָ֖יוme.'a.RavH5892which are on its frontiersמִקָּצֵ֑הוּmi.ka.Tze.huH7097,the gloryצְבִ֗יtze.ViH6643of the landאֶ֚רֶץ'E.retzH776,Beth-jeshimothH1020,Baal-meonH1186, andKiriathaimוְקִרְיָתָֽיְמָה׃ve.kir.ya.te.mahH7156;
10and I will giveוּנְתַתִּ֖יהָu.ne.ta.Ti.haH5414it as a possessionלְמֽוֹרָשָׁ֑הle.mo.ra.ShahH4181alongH5921withH5921the sonsלִבְנֵי־liv.nei-H1121of Ammonעַמּ֔וֹןa.MonH5983to thepeopleבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of the eastקֶ֙דֶם֙ke.demH6924,soלְמַ֛עַןle.Ma.'anH4616thatH4616the sonsבְּנֵֽי־be.nei-H1121of Ammonעַמּ֖וֹןa.MonH5983will not be rememberedתִזָּכֵ֥רti.za.KherH2142among the nationsבַּגּוֹיִֽם׃ba.go.YimH1471.
Edom
12‘The Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136 GodH3068saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559thisכֹּ֤הkohH3541: “Becauseיַ֣עַןYa.'anH3282EdomH112has actedעֲשׂ֥וֹתa.SotH6213against the houseלְבֵ֣יתle.VeitH1004of Judahיְהוּדָ֑הye.hu.DahH3063by takingבִּנְקֹ֥םbin.KomH5358vengeanceנָקָ֖םna.KamH5359,and has incurredH816greatH816guiltH816,and avengedוְנִקְּמ֥וּve.ni.ke.MuH5358themselves upon them,”
13thereforeלָכֵ֗ןla.KhenH3651thisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136 GodH3068saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559: “I will alsoreachH5186outH5186with My handיָדִי֙ya.DiH3027againstעַל־'al-H5921EdomH112andeliminateוְהִכְרַתִּ֥יve.hikh.ra.TiH3772humanאָדָ֣ם'a.DamH120and animalוּבְהֵמָ֑הu.ve.he.MahH929lifefrom it. And I will turnוּנְתַתִּ֤יהָu.ne.ta.Ti.haH5414it into ruinsחָרְבָּה֙cha.re.BahH2723; fromTemanמִתֵּימָ֔ןmi.tei.ManH8487even toDedanוּדְדָ֖נֶהu.de.Da.nehH1719they will fallיִפֹּֽלוּ׃yi.Po.luH5307by the swordבַּחֶ֥רֶבba.Che.revH2719.
14AndI will inflictוְנָתַתִּ֨יve.na.ta.TiH5414My vengeanceנִקְמָתִ֜יnik.ma.TiH5360on EdomH112by the handבְּיַד֙be.YadH3027of My peopleעַמִּ֣י'a.MiH5971Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478.Therefore, they will actוְעָשׂ֣וּve.'a.SuH6213in EdomH112in accordance with My angerכְּאַפִּ֖יke.'a.PiH639and My wrathוְכַחֲמָתִ֑יve.kha.cha.ma.TiH2534;so they will knowוְיָֽדְעוּ֙ve.ya.de.'UH3045My vengeanceנִקְמָתִ֔יnik.ma.TiH5360,”declaresנְאֻ֖םne.'UmH5002the Lordאֲדֹנָ֥י'a.do.NaiH136 GodH3068.
Philistia
15‘ThisH3541isH3541what the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136 GodH3068saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559: “Becauseיַ֛עַןYa.'anH3282the Philistinesפְּלִשְׁתִּ֖יםpe.lish.TimH6430have actedעֲשׂ֥וֹתa.SotH6213inrevengeבִּנְקָמָ֑הbin.ka.MahH5360,and have takenוַיִּנָּקְמ֤וּvai.yi.na.ke.MuH5358vengeanceנָקָם֙na.KamH5359with maliceבִּשְׁאָ֣טbish.'AtH7589in theirsoulsבְּנֶ֔פֶשׁbe.Ne.feshH5315to destroyלְמַשְׁחִ֖יתle.mash.ChitH4889with everlastingעוֹלָֽם׃o.LamH5769hostilityאֵיבַ֥ת'ei.VatH342,”
16thereforeלָכֵ֗ןla.KhenH3651thisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136 GodH3068saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559: “BeholdH2009, I am going toreachH5186outH5186with My handיָדִי֙ya.DiH3027againstעַל־'al-H5921the Philistinesפְּלִשְׁתִּ֔יםpe.lish.TimH6430and eliminateוְהִכְרַתִּ֖יve.hikh.ra.TiH3772theCherethitesכְּרֵתִ֑יםke.re.TimH3774;and I will destroyוְהַ֣אֲבַדְתִּ֔יve.Ha.'a.vad.TiH6the remnantשְׁאֵרִ֖יתshe.'e.RitH7611of the seacoastח֥וֹף הַיָּֽם׃Chof hai.YamH3220H2348.
17I will executeוְעָשִׂ֤יתִיve.'a.Si.tiH6213greatגְּדֹל֔וֹתge.do.LotH1419vengeanceנְקָמ֣וֹתne.ka.MotH5360on them with wrathfulחֵמָ֑הche.MahH2534rebukesבְּתוֹכְח֖וֹתbe.tokh.ChotH8433; and they willknowוְיָֽדְעוּ֙ve.ya.de.'UH3045that I am the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,when I inflictבְּתִתִּ֥יbe.ti.TiH5414My vengeanceנִקְמָתִ֖יnik.ma.TiH5360on them.”’”
