2Sonבֶּן־ben-H1121ofmanאָדָ֕ם'a.DamH120,setשִׂ֥יםsimH7760thyfaceפָּנֶ֖יךָpa.Nei.khaH6440towardאֶל־'el-H413thechildrenבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121ofAmmonעַמּ֑וֹןa.MonH5983, andprophesyוְהִנָּבֵ֖אve.hi.na.Ve'H5012againstעֲלֵיהֶֽם׃'a.lei.HemH5921them:

3andsayH559unto thechildrenלִבְנֵ֣יliv.NeiH1121ofAmmonעַמּ֔וֹןa.MonH5983,Hearשִׁמְע֖וּshim.'UH8085thewordדְּבַר־de.var-H1697of theLordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODH136;Thusכֹּה־koh-H3541saith theLordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODH136:BecauseH3588thou saidst,Ahaהֶאָ֜חhe.'AchH1889,againstH413mysanctuaryמִקְדָּשִׁ֣יmik.da.ShiH4720, when it wasprofanedנִחָ֗לni.ChalH2490; andagainstH413thelandאַדְמַ֤ת'ad.MatH127ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478, when it wasmadeH8074desolateנָשַׁ֔מָּהna.Sha.mahH8074; andagainstH413thehouseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004ofJudahיְהוּדָ֔הye.hu.DahH3063, when theywentהָלְכ֖וּha.le.KhuH1980intoH413captivity:

4thereforebeholdהִנְנִי֩hi.NiH2005, I willdeliverH5414thee to thechildrenלִבְנֵי־liv.nei-H1121of theeastקֶ֜דֶםKe.demH6924for apossessionלְמֽוֹרָשָׁ֗הle.mo.ra.ShahH4181, and they shallsetH5414theirencampmentsטִירֽוֹתֵיהֶם֙ti.ro.tei.HemH2918in thee, andmakeH5414theirdwellingsמִשְׁכְּנֵיהֶ֑םmish.ke.nei.HemH4908in thee; they shalleatיֹאכְל֣וּyo.khe.LuH398thyfruitפִרְיֵ֔ךְfir.YekhH6529, and they shalldrinkיִשְׁתּ֥וּyish.TuH8354thymilkחֲלָבֵֽךְ׃cha.la.VekhH2461.

5And I willmakeוְנָתַתִּ֤יve.na.ta.TiH5414Rabbahרַבָּה֙ra.BahH7237a stable forcamelsגְמַלִּ֔יםge.ma.LimH1581, and thechildrenבְּנֵ֥יbe.NeiH1121ofAmmonעַמּ֖וֹןa.MonH5983a couchingplaceH5414forflocksצֹ֑אןTzonH6629: and ye shallknowוִֽידַעְתֶּ֖םvi.da'.TemH3045that I am theLORDיְהוָֽה׃ סYah.wehH3068.

6Forthusכֹ֤הkhohH3541saith theLordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODH136:Becauseכִּ֣יkiH3588thou hastclappedמַחְאֲךָ֣mach.'a.KhaH4222thinehandsיָ֔דYadH3027, andstampedוְרַקְעֲךָ֖ve.rak.'a.ChaH7554with thefeetבְּרָ֑גֶלbe.Ra.gelH7272, andrejoicedוַתִּשְׂמַ֤חva.tis.MachH8055withallבְּכָל־be.kholH3605the despite of thysoulבְּנֶ֔פֶשׁbe.Ne.feshH5315againstאֶל־'el-H413thelandאַדְמַ֖ת'ad.MatH127ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478;

7thereforebeholdהִנְנִי֩hi.NiH2005, I havestretchedנָטִ֨יתִיna.Ti.tiH5186outH4480mineH4480handיָדִ֜יya.DiH3027uponעָלֶ֗יךָ'a.Lei.khaH5921thee, and willdeliverH5414thee for a spoil to thenationsלַגּוֹיִ֔םla.go.YimH1471; and I willcutוְהִכְרַתִּ֙יךָ֙ve.hikh.ra.Ti.khaH3772theeoffH3772from thepeoplesהָ֣עַמִּ֔יםha.'a.MimH5971, and I willcauseH5414thee toperishוְהַאֲבַדְתִּ֖יךָve.ha.'a.vad.Ti.khaH6outH4480of thecountriesהָאֲרָצ֑וֹתha.'a.ra.TzotH776: I willdestroyאַשְׁמִ֣ידְךָ֔'ash.Mi.de.khaH8045thee; and thou shaltknowוְיָדַעְתָּ֖ve.ya.da'.TaH3045that I am theLORDיְהוָֽה׃ סYah.wehH3068.

8Thusכֹּ֥הkohH3541saith theLordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODH136:Becauseיַ֗עַןYa.'anH3282thatMoabמוֹאָב֙mo.'AvH4124andSeirוְשֵׂעִ֔ירve.se.'IrH8165doH3605sayH559,Beholdהִנֵּ֥הhi.NehH2009, thehouseבֵּ֥יתbeitH1004ofJudahיְהוּדָֽה׃ye.hu.DahH3063is like untoallH3605thenationsהַגּוֹיִ֖םha.go.YimH1471;

9thereforebeholdהִנְנִ֨יhi.NiH2005, I willopenפֹתֵ֜חַfo.Te.achH6605thesideכֶּ֤תֶףKe.tefH3802ofMoabמוֹאָב֙mo.'AvH4124from thecitiesמֵהֶ֣עָרִ֔יםme.He.'a.RimH5892, from hiscitiesמֵֽעָרָ֖יוme.'a.RavH5892which are on his frontiers, the glory of thecountryאֶ֚רֶץ'E.retzH776,Beth-jeshimothH1020,Baal-meonH1186, andKiriathaimוְקִרְיָתָֽיְמָה׃ve.kir.ya.te.mahH7156,

10unto thechildrenלִבְנֵי־liv.nei-H1121of theeastקֶ֙דֶם֙ke.demH6924, to goagainstעַל־'al-H5921thechildrenבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121ofAmmonעַמּ֔וֹןa.MonH5983, and I willgiveוּנְתַתִּ֖יהָu.ne.ta.Ti.haH5414them for apossessionלְמֽוֹרָשָׁ֑הle.mo.ra.ShahH4181, that thechildrenבְּנֵֽי־be.nei-H1121ofAmmonעַמּ֖וֹןa.MonH5983maynotלֹֽא־lo'-H3808berememberedתִזָּכֵ֥רti.za.KherH2142among thenationsבַּגּוֹיִֽם׃ba.go.YimH1471:

11and I will executejudgmentsשְׁפָטִ֑יםshe.fa.TimH8201uponH8201Moabוּבְמוֹאָ֖בu.ve.mo.'AvH4124; and they shallknowוְיָדְע֖וּve.ya.de.'UH3045that I am theLORDיְהוָֽה׃ סYah.wehH3068.

12Thusכֹּ֤הkohH3541saith theLordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODH136:Becauseיַ֣עַןYa.'anH3282thatEdomאֱד֛וֹם'e.DomH123hath dealt against thehouseלְבֵ֣יתle.VeitH1004ofJudahיְהוּדָ֑הye.hu.DahH3063bytakingH5358vengeanceנָקָ֖םna.KamH5359, and hath greatly offended, and revenged himself upon them;

13thereforethusכֹּ֤הkohH3541saith theLordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODH136, I willstretchוְנָטִ֤תִיve.na.Ti.tiH5186outH4480mineH4480handיָדִי֙ya.DiH3027uponעַל־'al-H5921Edomאֱד֔וֹם'e.DomH123, and willcutוְהִכְרַתִּ֥יve.hikh.ra.TiH3772offH3772manאָדָ֣ם'a.DamH120andbeastוּבְהֵמָ֑הu.ve.he.MahH929from it: and I willmakeוּנְתַתִּ֤יהָu.ne.ta.Ti.haH5414it desolate fromTemanמִתֵּימָ֔ןmi.tei.ManH8487;evenלָכֵ֗ןla.KhenH3651untoDedanוּדְדָ֖נֶהu.de.Da.nehH1719shall theyfallיִפֹּֽלוּ׃yi.Po.luH5307by theswordבַּחֶ֥רֶבba.Che.revH2719.

14And I willlayוְנָתַתִּ֨יve.na.ta.TiH5414myvengeanceנִקְמָתִ֜יnik.ma.TiH5360uponH3027Edomבֶּאֱד֗וֹםbe.'e.DomH123by thehandבְּיַד֙be.YadH3027of mypeopleעַמִּ֣י'a.MiH5971Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478; and they shalldoוְעָשׂ֣וּve.'a.SuH6213inEdomבֶאֱד֔וֹםve.'e.DomH123accordingH3027to mineangerכְּאַפִּ֖יke.'a.PiH639andaccordingH3027to myfuryוְכַחֲמָתִ֑יve.kha.cha.ma.TiH2534: and they shallknowוְיָֽדְעוּ֙ve.ya.de.'UH3045myvengeanceנִקְמָתִ֔יnik.ma.TiH5360, saith theLordאֲדֹנָ֥י'a.do.NaiH136GODH136.

15Thusכֹּ֤הkohH3541saith theLordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODH136:Becauseיַ֛עַןYa.'anH3282thePhilistinesפְּלִשְׁתִּ֖יםpe.lish.TimH6430have dealt byrevengeH5360, and havetakenוַיִּנָּקְמ֤וּvai.yi.na.ke.MuH5358vengeanceבִּנְקָמָ֑הbin.ka.MahH5360with despite ofsoulבְּנֶ֔פֶשׁbe.Ne.feshH5315todestroyלְמַשְׁחִ֖יתle.mash.ChitH4889it withperpetualעוֹלָֽם׃o.LamH5769enmityאֵיבַ֥ת'ei.VatH342;

16thereforethusכֹּ֤הkohH3541saith theLordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODH136,Beholdהִנְנִ֨יhi.NiH2005, I willstretchנוֹטֶ֤הno.TehH5186outH5186minehandיָדִי֙ya.DiH3027uponעַל־'al-H5921thePhilistinesפְּלִשְׁתִּ֔יםpe.lish.TimH6430, and I willcutוְהִכְרַתִּ֖יve.hikh.ra.TiH3772offH3772theCherethitesכְּרֵתִ֑יםke.re.TimH3774, anddestroyוְהַ֣אֲבַדְתִּ֔יve.Ha.'a.vad.TiH6theremnantשְׁאֵרִ֖יתshe.'e.RitH7611of theseaהַיָּֽם׃hai.YamH3220coastH3027.

17And I willexecuteH5414greatגְּדֹל֔וֹתge.do.LotH1419vengeanceנְקָמ֣וֹתne.ka.MotH5360upon them with furiousrebukesבְּתוֹכְח֖וֹתbe.tokh.ChotH8433; and they shallknowוְיָֽדְעוּ֙ve.ya.de.'UH3045that I am theLORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068, when I shalllayH5414myvengeanceנִקְמָתִ֖יnik.ma.TiH5360upon them.
