1Then he ledוַיּוֹלִכֵ֖נִיvai.yo.li.Khe.niH1980me to thegateהַשָּׁ֑עַרha.Sha.'arH8179,the gateשַׁ֕עַרSha.'arH8179facingפֹּנֶ֖ה דֶּ֥רֶךְpo.Neh De.rekhH6437 H1870eastהַקָּדִֽים׃ha.ka.DimH6921;

2and beholdוְהִנֵּ֗הve.hi.NehH2009, thegloryכְּבוֹד֙ke.VodH3519of the Godאֱלֹהֵ֣י'e.lo.HeiH430of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478was comingבָּ֖אba'H935from the wayמִדֶּ֣רֶךְmi.De.rekhH1870of theeastהַקָּדִ֑יםha.ka.DimH6921. And Hisvoiceוְקוֹל֗וֹve.ko.LoH6963was like the soundכְּקוֹל֙ke.kOlH6963of manyרַבִּ֔יםra.BimH7227watersמַ֣יִםMa.yimH4325;and the earthוְהָאָ֖רֶץve.ha.'A.retzH776shoneהֵאִ֥ירָהhe.'I.rahH215from His gloryמִכְּבֹדֽוֹ׃mi.ke.vo.DoH3519.

3And it waslike the appearanceוּכְמַרְאֵ֨הu.khe.mar.'EhH4758of the visionהַמַּרְאֶ֜הha.mar.'EhH4758whichאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834I sawרָאִ֗יתִיra.'I.tiH7200, like thevisionכַּמַּרְאֶ֤הka.mar.'EhH4758whichאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834I sawרָאִ֙יתִי֙ra.'I.tiH7200whenHe cameבְּבֹאִי֙be.vo.'IH935todestroyלְשַׁחֵ֣תle.sha.ChetH7843the cityהָעִ֔ירha.'IrH5892.And the visionsוּמַרְא֕וֹתu.mar.'otH4759werelike the visionכַּמַּרְאֶ֕הka.mar.'EhH4758whichאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834I sawרָאִ֖יתִיra.'I.tiH7200by theriverנְהַר־ne.har-H5104Chebarכְּבָ֑רke.VarH3529; and Ifellוָאֶפֹּ֖לva.'e.PolH5307on my faceפָּנָֽי׃pa.NaiH6440.

4And the gloryוּכְב֥וֹדu.khe.VodH3519of the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068enteredבָּ֣אba'H935the houseהַבָּ֑יִתha.Ba.yitH1004by wayדֶּ֣רֶךְDe.rekhH1870of the gateשַׁ֔עַרSha.'arH8179facingפָּנָ֖יו דֶּ֥רֶךְpa.Nav De.rekhH6440 H1870eastהַקָּדִֽים׃ha.ka.DimH6921.

5And theSpiritר֔וּחַRu.achH7307liftedוַתִּשָּׂאֵ֣נִיva.ti.sa.'E.niH5375me upH5375and broughtוַתְּבִיאֵ֕נִיva.te.vi.'E.niH935me into the innerהַפְּנִימִ֑יha.pe.ni.MiH6442courtyardהֶֽחָצֵ֖רhe.cha.TzerH2691;and beholdוְהִנֵּ֛הve.hi.NehH2009, thegloryכְבוֹד־khe.Vod-H3519of the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068filledמָלֵ֥אma.Le'H4390the houseהַבָּֽיִת׃ha.Ba.yitH1004.

6Then I heardוָאֶשְׁמַ֛עva.'esh.Ma'H8085Himspeakingמִדַּבֵּ֥רmi.da.BerH1696to me from the houseמֵהַבָּ֑יִתme.ha.Ba.yitH1004, while amanוְאִ֕ישׁve.'IshH376was standingעֹמֵ֖ד'o.MedH5975besideאֶצְלִֽי׃'etz.LiH681me.

7And He saidוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to me, “Sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of manאָדָם֙'a.DamH120, this isthe placeמְק֣וֹםme.KomH4725of Mythroneכִּסְאִ֗יkis.'IH3678and the placeמְקוֹם֙me.kOmH4725of the solesכַּפּ֣וֹתka.PotH3709of My feetרַגְלַ֔יrag.LaiH7272,whereאֲשֶׁ֧ר שָׁ֛ם'a.Sher shamH834 H8033I willdwellאֶשְׁכָּן־'esh.kon-H7931amongבְּת֥וֹךְbe.TokhH8432the sonsבְּנֵֽי־be.nei-H1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478foreverלְעוֹלָ֑םle.'o.LamH5769.And the houseבֵּֽית־beit-H1004of Israelיִ֠שְׂרָאֵלYis.ra.'elH3478will not againע֣וֹדodH5750defileיְטַמְּא֣וּye.ta.me.'UH2930My holyקָדְשִׁ֞יkod.shiH6944nameשֵׁ֣םshemH8034,neither they norוְלֹ֣אve.Lo'H3808their kingsוּמַלְכֵיהֶם֙u.mal.khei.HemH4428,by their prostitutionבִּזְנוּתָ֔םbiz.nu.TamH2184and by thecorpsesוּבְפִגְרֵ֥יu.ve.fig.ReiH6297of their kingsמַלְכֵיהֶ֖םmal.khei.HemH4428when they dieH4194,

8by puttingבְּתִתָּ֨םbe.ti.TamH5414their thresholdסִפָּ֜םsi.PamH5592by My thresholdסִפִּ֗יsi.PiH5592,and their doorH4201postH4201besideאֵ֣צֶל'E.tzelH681My doorH4201postH4201, with onlythe wallוְהַקִּ֖ירve.ha.KirH7023betweenH996Me and them. And they havedefiledוְטִמְּא֣וּ׀ve.ti.me.'UH2930My holyקָדְשִׁ֗יkod.shiH6944nameשֵׁ֣םshemH8034by their abominationsבְּתֽוֹעֲבוֹתָם֙be.to.'a.vo.TamH8441whichאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834they have committedעָשׂ֔וּ'a.SuH6213.So I have consumedוָאֲכַ֥לva.'a.KhalH3615them in My angerבְּאַפִּֽי׃be.'a.PiH639.

9Nowעַתָּ֞ה'a.TahH6258let themremoveH7368their prostitutionזְנוּתָ֛םze.nu.TamH2184and thecorpsesוּפִגְרֵ֥יu.fig.ReiH6297of their kingsמַלְכֵיהֶ֖םmal.khei.HemH4428farיְרַחֲק֧וּye.ra.cha.KuH7368from Me, and I willdwellוְשָׁכַנְתִּ֥יve.sha.khan.TiH7931amongבְתוֹכָ֖םve.to.KhamH8432them foreverלְעוֹלָֽם׃ סle.'o.LamH5769.

10“As for you, sonבֶן־ven-H1121of manאָדָ֗ם'a.DamH120,informהַגֵּ֤דha.GedH5046the house of Israel of thetempleH1004, so that they will beashamedוְיִכָּלְמ֖וּve.yi.kal.MuH3637of their wrongdoingsמֵעֲוֹנֽוֹתֵיהֶ֑םme.'a.vo.no.tei.HemH5771;and have them measureוּמָדְד֖וּu.ma.de.DuH4058theplanתָּכְנִֽית׃ta.khe.NitH8508.

11And ifוְאִֽם־ve.'im-H518they are ashamedנִכְלְמ֞וּnikh.le.MuH3637of everythingH3605that they have doneעָשׂ֗וּ'a.SuH6213,makeהוֹדַ֣עho.Da'H3045knownH3045to them the planH6699of the houseהַבַּ֡יִתha.Ba.yitH1004,its layoutH8499, itsexitsוּמוֹצָאָ֡יוu.mo.tza.'AvH4161,its entrancesוּמוֹבָאָ֣יוu.moa.'AvH4126,allH3605its plansH6699,allH3605itsstatutesחֻקֹּתָיו֩chu.ko.TavH2708,and allH3605its lawsתּוֹרֹתָיו֙to.ro.tovH8451.And writeוּכְתֹ֖בu.khe.ToH3789itin their sightלְעֵֽינֵיהֶ֑םle.'ei.nei.HemH5869,so that they may observeוְיִשְׁמְר֞וּve.yish.me.RuH8104its entireH3605planH6699and allH3605its statutesחֻקֹּתָ֖יוchu.ko.TavH2708andexecuteוְעָשׂ֥וּve.'a.SuH6213them.

12ThisH2088is thelawתּוֹרַ֣תto.RatH8451of the houseהַבָּ֑יִתha.Ba.yitH1004:its entireכָּל־kol-H3605areaגְּבֻל֞וֹge.vu.LoH1366on the topרֹ֣אשׁroshH7218of themountainהָ֠הָרHa.horH2022allסָבִ֤יב׀sa.VivH5439aroundסָבִיב֙sa.VivH5439shall bemostקֹ֣דֶשׁKo.deshH6944holyקָדָשִׁ֔יםka.da.ShimH6944.Beholdהִנֵּה־hi.neh-H2009,thisH2088is thelawתּוֹרַ֥תto.RatH8451of the houseהַבָּֽיִת׃ha.Ba.yitH1004.

13“And theseוְאֵ֨לֶּהve.'E.lehH428are the measurementsמִדּ֤וֹתmi.DotH4060of thealtarהַמִּזְבֵּ֙חַ֙ha.miz.Be.achH4196by cubitsבָּֽאַמּ֔וֹתba.'a.MotH520(thecubitאַמָּ֥ה'a.MahH520being acubitאַמָּ֖ה'a.MahH520and a handוָטֹ֑פַחva.To.fachH2948widthH2948): thebaseוְחֵ֨יקve.CheikH2436shall bea cubitהָאַמָּ֜הha.'a.MahH520and the widthרֹ֗חַבRo.chavH7341a cubitוְאַמָּה־ve.'a.mah-H520,and its borderוּגְבוּלָ֨הּu.ge.vu.LahH1366on its edgeשְׂפָתָ֤הּse.fa.TahH8193allH5439aroundH5439oneהָאֶחָ֔דha.'e.ChadH259spanזֶ֣רֶתZe.retH2239;and thisוְזֶ֖הve.ZehH2088shall be the height of thebaseגַּ֥בgavH1354of the altarהַמִּזְבֵּֽחַ׃ha.miz.Be.achH4196.

14And from the baseוּמֵחֵ֨יקu.me.CheikH2436on the groundהָאָ֜רֶץha.'A.retzH776to the lowerהַתַּחְתּוֹנָה֙ha.tach.to.NahH8481ledgeהָעֲזָרָ֤הha.'a.za.RahH5835shall betwoשְׁתַּ֣יִםshe.Ta.yimH8147cubitsאַמּ֔וֹת'a.MotH520,and the widthוְרֹ֖חַבve.Ro.chavH7341one cubitאַמָּ֣ה'a.MahH520;and from the smallerהַקְּטַנָּ֜הha.ke.ta.NahH6996ledgeוּמֵהֳעֲזָרָ֨הu.me.ho.'a.za.RahH5835to the largerהַגְּדוֹלָה֙ha.ge.do.LahH1419ledgeהָעֲזָרָ֤הha.'a.za.RahH5835shall befourאַרְבַּ֣ע'ar.Ba'H702cubitsאַמּ֔וֹת'a.MotH520,and the widthוְרֹ֖חַבve.Ro.chavH7341oneאֶחָ֑ת'e.ChatH259cubitהָאַמָּֽה׃ha.'a.MahH520.

15Thealtarוּמֵהָאֲרִיאֵ֣לu.me.ha.'a.ri.'elH741hearthH741shall befourאַרְבַּ֣ע'ar.Ba'H702cubitsאַמּ֑וֹת'a.MotH520; and from thealtarH741hearthH741shall extendupwardוּלְמַ֔עְלָהu.le.Ma'.lahH4605fourאַרְבַּֽע׃'ar.Ba'H702hornsהַקְּרָנ֖וֹתha.ke.ra.NotH7161.

16Now thealtarוְהָאֲרִיאֵ֗לve.ha.'a.ri.'eilH741hearthH741shall betwelveשְׁתֵּ֤ים עֶשְׂרֵה֙she.Teim 'es.RehH8147 H6240cubitslongאֹ֔רֶךְ'O.rekhH753by twelveבִּשְׁתֵּ֥ים עֶשְׂרֵ֖הbish.Teim 'es.RehH8147 H6240wideרֹ֑חַבRo.chavH7341,squareרָב֕וּעַra.Vu.a'H7251in its fourאַרְבַּ֥עַת'ar.Ba.'atH702sidesרְבָעָֽיו׃re.va.'AvH7253.

18And He saidוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to me, “Sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of manאָדָם֙'a.DamH120,thisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GodH3068saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559: ‘Theseאֵ֚לֶּה'E.lehH428are the statutesחֻקּ֣וֹתchu.KotH2708for the altarהַמִּזְבֵּ֔חַha.miz.Be.achH4196on the dayבְּי֖וֹםbe.YomH3117it is builtהֵעָֽשׂוֹת֑וֹhe.'a.so.ToH6213,to offerלְהַעֲל֤וֹתle.ha.'a.LotH5927burntעוֹלָ֔הo.LahH5930offeringsH5930on it and tosprinkleוְלִזְרֹ֥קve.liz.RokH2236bloodדָּֽם׃DamH1818on it.

19You shall giveוְנָתַתָּ֣הve.na.ta.TahH5414to the Leviticalהַלְוִיִּ֡םhal.vi.YimH3881priestsהַכֹּהֲנִ֣יםha.ko.ha.NimH3548whoאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834are from the descendantsמִזֶּ֨רַעmi.Ze.ra'H2233ofZadokצָד֜וֹקtza.DokH6659,who comeH7131nearהַקְּרֹבִ֣יםha.ke.ro.VimH7138to Me to serveלְשָֽׁרְתֵ֑נִיle.sha.re.Te.niH8334Me,’ declaresנְאֻ֛םne.'UmH5002the Lordאֲדֹנָ֥י'a.do.NaiH136 GodH3068, ‘abullפַּ֥ר בֶּן־ בָּקָ֖רpar ben- ba.KarH6499 H1121 H1241as asinלְחַטָּֽאת׃le.cha.TatH2403offeringH2403.

20And you shall takeוְלָקַחְתָּ֣ve.la.kach.TaH3947someH4480of its bloodמִדָּמ֗וֹmi.da.MoH1818and putוְנָ֨תַתָּ֜הve.Na.ta.TahH5414it on its fourאַרְבַּ֤ע'ar.Ba'H702hornsקַרְנֹתָיו֙kar.no.TavH7161and on the fourאַרְבַּע֙'ar.Ba'H702cornersפִּנּ֣וֹתpi.NotH6438of theledgeהָעֲזָרָ֔הha.'a.za.RahH5835,and on the borderהַגְּב֖וּלha.ge.VulH1366allH5439aroundH5439; so you shallcleanseוְחִטֵּאתָ֥ve.chi.te.TaH2398it and makeוְכִפַּרְתָּֽהוּ׃ve.khi.par.Ta.huH3722atonementH3722for it.

21You shall also takeוְלָ֣קַחְתָּ֔ve.La.kach.taH3947the bullהַפָּ֣רha.ParH6499as the sinהַֽחַטָּ֑אתha.cha.TatH2403offeringH2403, and it shall beburnedוּשְׂרָפוֹ֙u.se.ra.FoH8313in the appointedH4662placeH4662of the houseהַבַּ֔יִתha.Ba.yitH1004,outsideמִח֖וּץmi.ChutzH4480 H2351the sanctuaryלַמִּקְדָּֽשׁ׃la.mik.DashH4720.

22‘And on the secondהַשֵּׁנִ֔יha.she.NiH8145dayוּבַיּוֹם֙u.vai.yOmH3117you shall offerתַּקְרִ֛יבtak.RivH7126amaleשְׂעִיר־se.'ir-H8163goatעִזִּ֥ים'i.ZimH5795withoutH8549blemishH8549as a sinלְחַטָּ֑אתle.cha.TatH2403offeringH2403, and they shallcleanseוְחִטְּאוּ֙ve.chi.te.'UH2398the altarהַמִּזְבֵּ֔חַha.miz.Be.achH4196fromH2398sinחִטְּא֖וּchi.te.'UH2398as they cleansedH2398itwith the bullבַּפָּֽר׃ba.ParH6499.

23When you have finishedבְּכַלּוֹתְךָ֖be.kha.lot.KhaH3615cleansingמֵֽחַטֵּ֑אme.cha.Te'H2398it,you shall offerתַּקְרִיב֙tak.RivH7126abullפַּ֣ר בֶּן־ בָּקָ֣רpar ben- ba.KarH6499 H1121 H1241withoutH8549blemishH8549and aramוְאַ֥יִלve.'A.yilH352withoutH8549blemishH8549from the flockהַצֹּ֖אןha.TzonH6629.

24You shall offerוְהִקְרַבְתָּ֖םve.hik.rav.TamH7126them beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068,and the priestsהַכֹּהֲנִ֤יםha.ko.ha.NimH3548shall throwוְהִשְׁלִ֨יכוּve.hish.Li.khuH7993saltמֶ֔לַחMe.lachH4417on them, and they shall offerוְהֶעֱל֥וּve.he.'e.LuH5927them upH5927as a burntעֹלָ֖ה'o.LahH5930offeringH5930to the Lordלַֽיהוָֽה׃la.Yah.wehH3068.

25For sevenשִׁבְעַ֣תshiv.'AtH7651daysיָמִ֔יםya.MimH3117you shall prepareתַּעֲשֶׂ֥הta.'a.SehH6213a goatשְׂעִיר־se.'ir-H8163as a sinחַטָּ֖אתcha.TatH2403offeringH2403dailyלַיּ֑וֹםlai.YomH3117; also abullוּפַ֧ר בֶּן־ בָּקָ֛רu.Far ben- ba.KarH6499 H1121 H1241and a ramוְאַ֥יִלve.'A.yilH352from the flockהַצֹּ֖אןha.TzonH6629, bothwithoutH8549blemishH8549,shall be preparedיַעֲשֽׂוּ׃ya.'a.SuH6213.

26For sevenשִׁבְעַ֣תshiv.'AtH7651daysיָמִ֗יםya.MimH3117they shall makeיְכַפְּרוּ֙ye.kha.pe.RuH3722atonementH3722for the altarהַמִּזְבֵּ֔חַha.miz.Be.achH4196and purifyוְטִֽהֲר֖וּve.ti.ha.RuH2891it; so shall theyconsecrateוּמִלְא֖וּ יָדָֽיו׃u.mil.'U ya.dovH4390 H3027it.

27When they have completedוִֽיכַלּ֖וּvi.kha.LuH3615the daysהַיָּמִ֑ים סhai.ya.MimH3117, it shall be that on theeighthהַשְּׁמִינִ֜יha.she.mi.NiH8066dayבַיּ֨וֹםvai.YomH3117and onwardוָהָ֗לְאָהva.Hal.'ahH1973,the priestsהַכֹּהֲנִ֤יםha.ko.ha.NimH3548shallofferיַעֲשׂ֨וּya.'a.SuH6213your burntעוֹלֽוֹתֵיכֶם֙o.lo.tei.KhemH5930offeringsH5930on the altarהַמִּזְבֵּ֙חַ֙ha.miz.Be.achH4196, and yourpeaceשַׁלְמֵיכֶ֔םshal.mei.KhemH8002offeringsH8002; and I willacceptוְרָצִ֣אתִיve.ra.Tzi.tiH7521you,’ declaresנְאֻ֖םne.'UmH5002the Lordאֲדֹנָ֥י'a.do.NaiH136 GodH3068.”
