3and sayוְאָֽמַרְתָּ֙ve.'a.mar.TaH559to the sonsלִבְנֵ֣יliv.NeiH1121of Ammonעַמּ֔וֹןa.MonH5983, ‘Hearשִׁמְע֖וּshim.'UH8085the wordדְּבַר־de.var-H1697of the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GodH3068!Thusכֹּה־koh-H3541saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136 GodH3068, “Becauseיַעַן֩ya.'AnH3282you saidאָמְרֵ֨ךְ'a.me.RekhH559, ‘Ahaהֶאָ֜חhe.'AchH1889!’againstאֶל־'el-H413My sanctuaryמִקְדָּשִׁ֣יmik.da.ShiH4720whenכִֽי־khi-H3588it was profanedנִחָ֗לni.ChalH2490,and againstוְאֶל־ve.'el-H413the landאַדְמַ֤ת'ad.MatH127of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478whenכִּ֣יkiH3588it was madeH8074desolateנָשַׁ֔מָּהna.Sha.mahH8074,and againstוְאֶל־ve.'el-H413the houseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004of Judahיְהוּדָ֔הye.hu.DahH3063whenכִּ֥יkiH3588they wentהָלְכ֖וּha.le.KhuH1980into exileבַּגּוֹלָֽה׃ba.go.LahH1473,
4thereforeלָכֵ֡ןla.KhenH3651,beholdH2009,I am going to giveנֹתְנָ֨ךְno.te.NakhH5414you to thesonsלִבְנֵי־liv.nei-H1121of the eastקֶ֜דֶםKe.demH6924for a possessionלְמֽוֹרָשָׁ֗הle.mo.ra.ShahH4181,and they will setוְיִשְּׁב֤וּve.yi.she.VuH3427their encampmentsטִירֽוֹתֵיהֶם֙ti.ro.tei.HemH2918among you and makeוְנָ֥תְנוּve.Na.te.nuH5414their dwellingsמִשְׁכְּנֵיהֶ֑םmish.ke.nei.HemH4908among you; they willeatיֹאכְל֣וּyo.khe.LuH398your fruitפִרְיֵ֔ךְfir.YekhH6529and drinkיִשְׁתּ֥וּyish.TuH8354your milkחֲלָבֵֽךְ׃cha.la.VekhH2461.
5I will makeוְנָתַתִּ֤יve.na.ta.TiH5414Rabbahרַבָּה֙ra.BahH7237a pastureלִנְוֵ֣הlin.VehH5116for camelsגְמַלִּ֔יםge.ma.LimH1581and the sonsבְּנֵ֥יbe.NeiH1121of Ammonעַמּ֖וֹןa.MonH5983a restingלְמִרְבַּץ־le.mir.batz-H4769placeH4769for flocksצֹ֑אןTzonH6629.Thus you will knowוִֽידַעְתֶּ֖םvi.da'.TemH3045that I am the Lordיְהוָֽה׃ סYah.wehH3068.”
6For thusכֹ֤הkhohH3541saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136 GodH3068, “Becauseיַ֚עַןYa.'anH3282you haveclappedמַחְאֲךָ֣mach.'a.KhaH4222your handsיָ֔דYadH3027and stampedוְרַקְעֲךָ֖ve.rak.'a.ChaH7554your feetבְּרָ֑גֶלbe.Ra.gelH7272andrejoicedוַתִּשְׂמַ֤חva.tis.MachH8055with allבְּכָל־be.kholH3605the scornשָֽׁאטְךָ֙sha.te.KhaH7589of your soulבְּנֶ֔פֶשׁbe.Ne.feshH5315againstאֶל־'el-H413the landאַדְמַ֖ת'ad.MatH127of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478,
7thereforeלָכֵ֡ןla.KhenH3651,beholdH2009, I havestretchedנָטִ֨יתִיna.Ti.tiH5186out My handיָדִ֜יya.DiH3027againstעָלֶ֗יךָ'a.Lei.khaH5921you and I will giveוּנְתַתִּ֤יךָֽ־u.ne.ta.Ti.kha-H5414you forspoilלְבַז֙le.vagH957to the nationsלַגּוֹיִ֔םla.go.YimH1471. And I willcutוְהִכְרַתִּ֙יךָ֙ve.hikh.ra.Ti.khaH3772you offH3772from the peoplesהָ֣עַמִּ֔יםha.'a.MimH5971andmake you perishוְהַאֲבַדְתִּ֖יךָve.ha.'a.vad.Ti.khaH6from the landsהָאֲרָצ֑וֹתha.'a.ra.TzotH776;I will destroyאַשְׁמִ֣ידְךָ֔'ash.Mi.de.khaH8045you. Thus you willknowוְיָדַעְתָּ֖ve.ya.da'.TaH3045that I am the Lordיְהוָֽה׃ סYah.wehH3068.”

9thereforeלָכֵן֩la.KhenH3651,beholdH2009, I am going todepriveפֹתֵ֜חַfo.Te.achH6605the flankכֶּ֤תֶףKe.tefH3802of Moabמוֹאָב֙mo.'AvH4124of itscitiesמֵהֶ֣עָרִ֔יםme.He.'a.RimH5892,of its citiesמֵֽעָרָ֖יוme.'a.RavH5892which are on itsfrontiersמִקָּצֵ֑הוּmi.ka.Tze.huH7097,the gloryצְבִ֗יtze.ViH6643of the landאֶ֚רֶץ'E.retzH776,Beth-jeshimothH1020,Baal-meonH1186andKiriathaimוְקִרְיָתָֽיְמָה׃ve.kir.ya.te.mahH7156,
10and I will giveוּנְתַתִּ֖יהָu.ne.ta.Ti.haH5414it for a possessionלְמֽוֹרָשָׁ֑הle.mo.ra.ShahH4181alongעַל־'al-H5921with the sonsלִבְנֵי־liv.nei-H1121of Ammonעַמּ֔וֹןa.MonH5983to thesonsבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of the eastקֶ֙דֶם֙ke.demH6924,soלְמַ֛עַןle.Ma.'anH4616that the sonsבְּנֵֽי־be.nei-H1121of Ammonעַמּ֖וֹןa.MonH5983will not be rememberedתִזָּכֵ֥רti.za.KherH2142among the nationsבַּגּוֹיִֽם׃ba.go.YimH1471.
Edom
12‘Thusכֹּ֤הkohH3541saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136 GodH3068, “Becauseיַ֣עַןYa.'anH3282EdomH112has actedעֲשׂ֥וֹתa.SotH6213against the houseלְבֵ֣יתle.VeitH1004of Judahיְהוּדָ֑הye.hu.DahH3063by takingבִּנְקֹ֥םbin.KomH5358vengeanceנָקָ֖םna.KamH5359,and has incurredH816grievousH816guiltH816,and avengedוְנִקְּמ֥וּve.ni.ke.MuH5358themselves upon them,”
13thereforeלָכֵ֗ןla.KhenH3651thusכֹּ֤הkohH3541saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136 GodH3068, “I will alsostretchוְנָטִ֤תִיve.na.Ti.tiH5186out My handיָדִי֙ya.DiH3027againstעַל־'al-H5921EdomH112andcutוְהִכְרַתִּ֥יve.hikh.ra.TiH3772offH3772manאָדָ֣ם'a.DamH120and beastוּבְהֵמָ֑הu.ve.he.MahH929from it. And I will layוּנְתַתִּ֤יהָu.ne.ta.Ti.haH5414it wasteחָרְבָּה֙cha.re.BahH2723; fromTemanמִתֵּימָ֔ןmi.tei.ManH8487even toDedanוּדְדָ֖נֶהu.de.Da.nehH1719they will fallיִפֹּֽלוּ׃yi.Po.luH5307by the swordבַּחֶ֥רֶבba.Che.revH2719.
14I will layוְנָתַתִּ֨יve.na.ta.TiH5414My vengeanceנִקְמָתִ֜יnik.ma.TiH5360on EdomH112by the handבְּיַד֙be.YadH3027of My peopleעַמִּ֣י'a.MiH5971Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478.Therefore, they will actוְעָשׂ֣וּve.'a.SuH6213in EdomH112according to My angerכְּאַפִּ֖יke.'a.PiH639and according to My wrathוְכַחֲמָתִ֑יve.kha.cha.ma.TiH2534;thus they will knowוְיָֽדְעוּ֙ve.ya.de.'UH3045My vengeanceנִקְמָתִ֔יnik.ma.TiH5360,”declaresנְאֻ֖םne.'UmH5002the Lordאֲדֹנָ֥י'a.do.NaiH136 GodH3068.
Philistia
15‘Thusכֹּ֤הkohH3541saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136 GodH3068, “Becauseיַ֛עַןYa.'anH3282the Philistinesפְּלִשְׁתִּ֖יםpe.lish.TimH6430have actedעֲשׂ֥וֹתa.SotH6213inrevengeבִּנְקָמָ֑הbin.ka.MahH5360and have takenוַיִּנָּקְמ֤וּvai.yi.na.ke.MuH5358vengeanceנָקָם֙na.KamH5359with scornבִּשְׁאָ֣טbish.'AtH7589of soulבְּנֶ֔פֶשׁbe.Ne.feshH5315to destroyלְמַשְׁחִ֖יתle.mash.ChitH4889with everlastingעוֹלָֽם׃o.LamH5769enmityאֵיבַ֥ת'ei.VatH342,”
16thereforeלָכֵ֗ןla.KhenH3651thusכֹּ֤הkohH3541saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136 GodH3068, “BeholdH2009, I willstretchנוֹטֶ֤הno.TehH5186out My handיָדִי֙ya.DiH3027againstעַל־'al-H5921the Philistinesפְּלִשְׁתִּ֔יםpe.lish.TimH6430,even cutוְהִכְרַתִּ֖יve.hikh.ra.TiH3772offH3772theCherethitesכְּרֵתִ֑יםke.re.TimH3774and destroyוְהַ֣אֲבַדְתִּ֔יve.Ha.'a.vad.TiH6the remnantשְׁאֵרִ֖יתshe.'e.RitH7611of the seacoastח֥וֹף הַיָּֽם׃Chof hai.YamH3220H2348.
17I will executeוְעָשִׂ֤יתִיve.'a.Si.tiH6213greatגְּדֹל֔וֹתge.do.LotH1419vengeanceנְקָמ֣וֹתne.ka.MotH5360on them with wrathfulחֵמָ֑הche.MahH2534rebukesבְּתוֹכְח֖וֹתbe.tokh.ChotH8433; and they willknowוְיָֽדְעוּ֙ve.ya.de.'UH3045that I am the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068when I layבְּתִתִּ֥יbe.ti.TiH5414My vengeanceנִקְמָתִ֖יnik.ma.TiH5360on them.”’”
