John 16:23-30

231In that dayG2250 2you will not questionG2065 Me about anythingG5100. TrulyG281, trulyG281, I sayG3004 to you, 3ifG302 you askG154 the FatherG3962 for anythingG5100 in My nameG3686, He will giveG1325 it to you. 244UntilG2193 nowG737 you have askedG154 for nothingG3762 in My nameG3686; askG154 and you will receiveG2983, soG2443 that your 5joyG5479 may be madeG4137 fullG4137.

25“TheseG3778 thingsG3778 I have spokenG2980 to you in 67figurativeG3942 languageG3942; 8an hourG5610 is comingG2064 whenG3753 I will noG3765 longerG3765 speakG2980 to you in 9figurativeG3942 languageG3942, but will tellG518 you plainlyG3954 of the FatherG3962. 2610In that dayG2250 11you will askG154 in My nameG3686, and I do not sayG3004 to you that I will requestG2065 of the FatherG3962 on your behalfG4012; 27for 12the FatherG3962 HimselfG846 lovesG5368 you, becauseG3754 you have lovedG5368 Me and 13have believedG4100 that 14I cameG1831 forthG1831 from the FatherG3962. 2815I cameG1831 forthG1831 from the FatherG3962 and have comeG2064 into the worldG2889; I am leavingG863 the worldG2889 againG3825 and 16goingG4198 to the FatherG3962.”

29His disciplesG3101 saidG3004, “LoG2396, nowG3568 You are speakingG2980 plainlyG3954 and are not 17usingG3004 18a figureG3942 of speechG3942. 30NowG3568 we knowG3609 that You knowG3609 allG3956 thingsG3956, and haveG2192 noG3756 needG5532 for anyoneG5100 to questionG2065 You; by thisG3778 we 19believeG4100 that You 20cameG1831 from GodG2316.”
