Genesis 17:16-27
16I will blessH1288 her, and indeedH1571 I will giveH5414 you 1a sonH1121 by her. Then I will blessH1288 her, and she shall be a mother of nationsH1471; 2kingsH4428 of peoplesH5971 will 3comeH1961 from her.” 17Then AbrahamH85 4fellH5307 on his faceH6440 and laughedH6711, and saidH559 in his heartH3820, “Will a child be bornH3205 to a manH1121 one hundredH3967 yearsH8141 oldH1121? And 5will SarahH8283, who is ninetyH8673 yearsH8141 oldH1323, bearH3205 a child?” 18And AbrahamH85 saidH559 to GodH430, “OhH3863 that IshmaelH3458 might liveH2421 beforeH6440 You!” 19But GodH430 saidH559, “NoH61, but SarahH8283 your wifeH802 will bearH3205 you 6a sonH1121, and you shall callH7121 his nameH8034 7IsaacH3327; and 8I will establishH6965 My covenantH1285 with him for an everlastingH5769 covenantH1285 for his 9descendantsH2233 afterH310 him. 20As for IshmaelH3458, I have heardH8085 you; beholdH2009, I will blessH1288 him, and 10will makeH6509 him fruitfulH6509 and will multiplyH7235 him exceedinglyH3966. 11He shall 12becomeH3205 the fatherH3205 of twelveH8147H6240 princesH5387, and I will makeH5414 him a 13greatH1419 nationH1471. 21But My covenantH1285 I will establishH6965 with 14IsaacH3327, whomH834 15SarahH8283 will bearH3205 to you at thisH2088 seasonH4150 nextH312 yearH8141.” 22When He finishedH3615 talkingH1696 with him, 16GodH430 wentH5927 up from AbrahamH85.
23Then AbrahamH85 tookH3947 IshmaelH3458 his sonH1121, and allH3605 the servants whoH3211 were 17bornH3211 in his houseH1004 and allH3605 whoH4736 were boughtH4736 with his moneyH3701, everyH3605 maleH2145 among the menH376 of Abraham’sH85 householdH1004, and circumcisedH4135 the fleshH1320 of their foreskinH6190 in the veryH6106 sameH6106 dayH3117, 18as GodH430 had saidH1696 to him. 24Now AbrahamH85 was ninety-nineH8673H8672 yearsH8141 oldH1121 when 19he was circumcisedH4135 in the fleshH1320 of his foreskinH6190. 25And 20IshmaelH3458 his sonH1121 was thirteenH7969H6240 yearsH8141 oldH1121 when he was circumcisedH4135 in the fleshH1320 of his foreskinH6190. 26In the veryH6106 sameH6106 dayH3117 AbrahamH85 was circumcisedH4135, and IshmaelH3458 his sonH1121. 27AllH3605 the menH376 of his householdH1004, whoH3211 were 21bornH3211 in the houseH1004 or boughtH4736 with moneyH3701 from a foreignerH1121H5236, were circumcisedH4135 with him.
