Genesis 14:7-17
7Then they turnedH7725 backH7725 and cameH935 to En-mishpatH5880 (that is, 1KadeshH6946), and 2conqueredH5221 allH3605 the countryH7704 of the AmalekitesH6003, and alsoH1571 the AmoritesH567, who livedH3427 in 3Hazazon-tamarH2688. 8And the kingH4428 of SodomH5467 and the kingH4428 of GomorrahH6017 and the kingH4428 of AdmahH126 and the kingH4428 of ZeboiimH6636 and the kingH4428 of BelaH1106 (that is, ZoarH6820) cameH3318 out; and they arrayedH6186 for battleH4421 againstH854 them in 4the valleyH6010 of SiddimH7708, 9againstH854 ChedorlaomerH3540 kingH4428 of ElamH5867 and TidalH8413 kingH4428 of 5GoiimH1472 and AmraphelH569 kingH4428 of ShinarH8152 and AriochH746 kingH4428 of EllasarH495--fourH702 kingsH4428 againstH854 fiveH2568. 10Now the valleyH6010 of SiddimH7708 was full of tarH2564 pitsH875; and 6the kingsH4428 of SodomH5467 and GomorrahH6017 fledH5127, and they fellH5307 7into them. But those who survivedH7604 fledH5127 to the 8hillH2022 countryH2022. 11Then they tookH3947 allH3605 the goodsH7399 of SodomH5467 and GomorrahH6017 and allH3605 their foodH400 supplyH400, and departedH1980. 12They also tookH3947 LotH3876, 9Abram’sH87 nephewH1121H251, and his possessionsH7399 and departedH1980, 10for he was livingH3427 in SodomH5467.
13Then 11a fugitiveH6412 cameH935 and toldH5046 AbramH87 the 12HebrewH5680. Now he was 13livingH7931 by the 1415oaksH436 of MamreH4471 the AmoriteH567, brotherH251 of EshcolH812 and brotherH251 of AnerH6063, and theseH1992 were 1617alliesH1167H1285 with AbramH87. 14When AbramH87 heardH8085 that 18his 19relativeH251 had been takenH7617 captiveH7617, he 20ledH7385 out his trainedH2593 menH2593, 21bornH3211 in his houseH1004, threeH7969 hundredH3967 and eighteenH8083H6240, and wentH7291 in pursuitH7291 as farH5704 as 22DanH1835. 1523He dividedH2505 24his forces againstH5921 them by nightH3915, he and his servantsH5650, and 25defeatedH5221 them, and pursuedH7291 them as farH5704 as HobahH2327, whichH834 is 26northH8040 of 27DamascusH1834. 16He 28broughtH7725 backH7725 allH3605 the goodsH7399, and alsoH1571 broughtH7725 backH7725 29his 30relativeH251 LotH3876 with his possessionsH7399, and alsoH1571 the womenH802, and the peopleH5971.
17Then afterH310 his returnH7725 from the 31defeatH5221 of ChedorlaomerH3540 and the kingsH4428 whoH834 were with him, 32the kingH4428 of SodomH5467 wentH3318 out to meetH7122 him at the valleyH6010 of ShavehH7740 (that is, 33the King’sH4428 ValleyH6010).
