Romans 4:1-8
What shall we sayG3004 thenG3767 that AbrahamG11 our fatherG3962 accordingG2596 to fleshG4561 has foundG2147?
For if AbrahamG11 has been justifiedG1344 on the principle of worksG2041, he has whereof to boastG2745: but not before 1GodG2316;
for what does the scriptureG1124 sayG3004? And AbrahamG11 believedG4100 2GodG2316, and it was reckonedG3049 to him as righteousnessG1343.
NowG1161 to him that works the rewardG3408 is not reckonedG3049 as of graceG5485, but of debt:
but to him who does not workG2038, but believesG4100 on him who justifiesG1344 the ungodlyG765, his faithG4102 is reckonedG3049 as righteousnessG1343.
EvenG2532 as DavidG1138 alsoG2532 declares the blessednessG3108 of the manG444 to whom 3GodG2316 reckons righteousnessG1343 without worksG2041:
Blessed [they] whose lawlessnesses have been forgivenG863, and whose sinsG266 have been covered:
blessed [the] manG435 to whom [the] LordG2962 shall not at all reckon sinG266.
