1And I sawG3708 on the rightG1188 handG1188 of him that satG2521 upon the throneG2362 a bookG975, writtenG1125 within and on the back, sealed with sevenG2033 sealsG4973. 2And I sawG3708 a strongG2478 angelG32 proclaimingG2784 with a loudG3173 voiceG5456, Who [is] worthyG514 to openG455 the bookG975, and to break its sealsG4973? 3And no oneG3762 was ableG1410 in the heavenG3772, or upon the earthG1093, or underneath the earthG1093, to openG455 the bookG975, or to regard it. 4And I weptG2799 muchG4183 because no oneG3762 had been foundG2147 worthyG514 to openG455 the bookG975 nor to regard it. 5And oneG1520 of the eldersG4245 saysG3004 to me, Do not weepG2799. BeholdG2400, the lionG3023 which [is] of the tribeG5443 of Juda, the rootG4491 of DavidG1138, has overcomeG3528 [so as] to openG455 the bookG975, and its sevenG2033 sealsG4973. 6And I sawG3708 in the midstG3319 of the throneG2362 and of the fourG5064 living creaturesG2226, and in the midstG3319 of the eldersG4245, a LambG721 standingG2476, as slainG4969, having sevenG2033 hornsG2768 and sevenG2033 eyesG3788, which areG1510 the sevenG2033 SpiritsG4151 of 1GodG2316 [which areG1510] sentG649 into all the earthG1093: 7and it cameG2064 and tookG2983 [it] out of the rightG1188 handG1188 of him that satG2521 upon the throneG2362. 8And whenG3753 it tookG2983 the bookG975, the fourG5064 living creaturesG2226 and the twenty-four eldersG4245 fellG4098 before the LambG721, having each a harpG2788 and goldenG5552 bowlsG5357 fullG1073 of incenses, which areG1510 the prayersG4335 of the saintsG40. 9And they sing a newG2537 songG5603, sayingG3004, Thou art worthyG514 to takeG2983 the bookG975, and to openG455 its sealsG4973; because thou hast beenG1510 slainG4969, and hast redeemed to 2GodG2316, by thy bloodG129, out of every tribeG5443, and tongueG1100, and peopleG2992, and nationG1484, 10and madeG4160 them to our 3GodG2316 kings and priestsG2409; and they shall reignG936 over the earthG1093. 11And I sawG3708, and I heardG191 [the] voiceG5456 of manyG4183 angelsG32 around the throneG2362 and the living creaturesG2226 and the eldersG4245; and their numberG706 wasG1510 ten thousands of ten thousands and thousands of thousands; 12sayingG3004 with a loudG3173 voiceG5456, WorthyG514 isG1510 the LambG721 that has beenG1510 slainG4969, to receiveG2983 powerG1411, and richesG4149, and wisdomG4678, and strengthG2479, and honour, and gloryG1391, and blessingG2129. 13And every creatureG2938 which is in the heavenG3772 and upon the earthG1093 and under the earthG1093, and [those that are] upon the seaG2281, and all thingsG3956 in them, heardG191 I sayingG3004, To him that sitsG2521 upon the throneG2362, and to the LambG721, blessingG2129, and honour, and gloryG1391, and might, to the agesG165 of agesG165. 14And the fourG5064 living creaturesG2226 saidG3004, AmenG281; and the eldersG4245 fellG4098 downG4098 and did homage.
