Exodus 13:11-21

And it shall beH1961 when Jehovah hath broughtH935 thee into the landH776 of the CanaanitesH3669, as he hath swornH7650 to thee and to thy fathersH1, and hath givenH5414 it thee,

that thou shalt offer unto Jehovah all that breaketh open the wombH7358, and every firstling that cometh of cattleH929 which is thine: the malesH2145 [shall beH1961] Jehovah's.

And every firstling of an ass shalt thou ransomH6299 with a lambH7716; and if thou do not ransomH6299 it, thou shalt breakH6202 its neckH6202; and every firstbornH1060 of a manH120 among thy sonsH1121 shalt thou ransomH6299.

And it shall beH1961 when thy sonH1121 asketh thee in timeH4279 to come, sayingH559, What is this? that thou shalt sayH559 to him, With a powerful handH3027 Jehovah broughtH3318 us out from EgyptH4714, out of the houseH1004 of bondage.

And it came to pass, when PharaohH6547 stubbornly refused to let us goH7971, that Jehovah slewH2026 all the firstbornH1060 in the landH776 of EgyptH4714, both the firstbornH1060 of menH120 and the firstbornH1060 of cattleH929: thereforeH3651 I sacrificeH2076 to Jehovah all that breaketh open the wombH7358 — being malesH2145; and every firstbornH1060 of my children I ransomH6299.

And it shall beH1961 for a signH226 on thy handH3027, and for frontlets between thine eyesH5869, for with a powerful handH3027 Jehovah broughtH3318 us forthH3318 out of EgyptH4714.

And it came to pass, when PharaohH6547 let the peopleH5971 goH7971, that 1GodH430 did not leadH5148 them the wayH1870 of the landH776 of the PhilistinesH6430, although that wasH1961 near; for 2GodH430 saidH559, That the peopleH5971 may not repent when they seeH7200 conflict, and returnH7725 to EgyptH4714.

And 3GodH430 led the peopleH5971 about, the wayH1870 of the wildernessH4057 of the Red SeaH3220; and the children of IsraelH3478 wentH5927 arrayed out of the landH776 of EgyptH4714.

And MosesH4872 tookH3947 the bonesH6106 of JosephH3130 with him; for he had madeH7650 the children of IsraelH3478 swearH7650 an oathH7650, sayingH559, 4GodH430 will be sure to visitH6485 you; then ye shall carry my bonesH6106 with you hence.

And they took their journey from SuccothH5523, and encampedH2583 in Etham, at the endH7097 of the wildernessH4057.

And Jehovah wentH1980 before their faceH6440 by dayH3119 in a pillarH5982 of a cloudH6051, to leadH5148 them [in] the wayH1870; and by nightH3915 in a pillarH5982 of fireH784, to giveH215 them lightH215; so that they could goH1980 dayH3119 and nightH3915.
