Darby Bible
Corinthians 7:8-12
For if alsoG2532 I grievedG3076 you in the letterG1992, I do not regret [it], if evenG2532 I have regretted it; for I seeG991 that that letterG1992, if evenG2532 [it were] onlyG1487 for a timeG5610, grievedG3076 you.
NowG3568 I rejoiceG5463, not that ye have been grievedG3076, but that ye have been grievedG3076 to repentanceG3341; for ye have been grievedG3076 accordingG2596 to 1GodG2316, that in nothingG3367 ye might be injured by us.
For griefG3077 accordingG2596 to 2GodG2316 works repentanceG3341 to salvationG4991, never to be regretted; but the griefG3077 of the worldG2889 works deathG2288.
For, beholdG2400, this sameG846 thingG3778, your beingG1510 grievedG3076 accordingG2596 to 3GodG2316, howG4214 muchG4214 diligenceG4710 it wrought in you, but [what] excusing [of yourselves], but [what] indignation, but [what] fearG5401, but [what] ardent desire, but [what] zealG2205, but [what] vengeanceG1557: in every way ye have proved yourselves to beG1510 pureG53 in the matterG4229.
So then, if alsoG2532 I wroteG1125 to you, [it was] not for the sake of him that injured, nor for the sake of him that was injured, but for the sake of our diligent zeal for you being manifestedG5319 to you before 4GodG2316.
