1“At thatH1931 timeH6256,” declaresH5002 the LORDH3068, “I will beH1961 the GodH430 of allH3605 the familiesH4940 of IsraelH3478, and theyH1992 will beH1961 My peopleH5971.”

2This is whatH3541 the LORDH3068 saysH559:

“The peopleH5971 who survivedH8300 the swordH2719foundH4672 favorH2580 in the wildernessH4057when IsraelH3478 wentH1980 to find restH7280.”

3The LORDH3068 appearedH7200 to us in the pastH7350, saying:1

“I have lovedH157 you with an everlastingH5769 loveH160;thereforeH5921 H3651 I have drawn youH4900 with loving devotionH2617.4AgainH5750 I will build youH1129, and you will be rebuiltH1129,O VirginH1330 IsraelH3478.AgainH5750 you will take upH5710 your tambourinesH8596and go outH3318 in joyfulH7832 dancingH4234.5AgainH5750 you will plantH5193 vineyardsH3754 on the hillsH2022 of SamariaH8111;the farmersH5193 will plantH5193 and enjoy the fruitH2490.6ForH3588 there will beH3426 a dayH3117 when watchmenH5341 will call outH7121on the hillsH2022 of EphraimH669,‘AriseH6965, let us go upH5927 to ZionH6726,toH413 the LORDH3068 our GodH430!’”

“SingH7442 with joyH8057 for JacobH3290;shoutH6670 for the foremostH7218 of the nationsH1471!MakeH8085 your praises heardH1984, and sayH559,‘O LORDH3068 , saveH3467 Your peopleH5971 ,the remnantH7611 of IsraelH3478!’

8BeholdH2005, I will bringH935 themH853 from the landH776 of the northH6828and gather themH6908 from the farthest partsH3411 of the earthH776,including the blindH5787 and the lameH6455 ,expectant mothersH2030 and women in laborH3205.They will returnH7725 H2008 as a greatH1419 assemblyH6951!

9They will comeH935 with weepingH1065,and by their supplicationH8469 I will lead themH2986;I will make them walkH1980 besideH413 streamsH5158 of watersH4325,on a levelH3477 pathH1870 where they will notH3808 stumbleH3782.ForH3588 I amH1961 Israel’sH3478 FatherH1,and EphraimH669 is My firstbornH1060 H1931.”

“The One who scatteredH2219 IsraelH3478 will gather themH6908 and keep themH8104as a shepherdH7462 keeps his flockH5739.11ForH3588 the LORDH3068 has ransomedH6299 JacobH3290and redeemed himH1350 fromH4480 the handH3027 that had overpowered himH2389.12They will comeH935 and shout for joyH7442 on the heightsH4791 of ZionH6726;they will be radiantH5102 overH413 the bountyH2898 of the LORDH3068 —the grainH1715, new wineH8492, andH5921 oilH3323 H5921,andH5921 the youngH1121 of the flocksH6629 and herdsH1241.Their lifeH5315 will beH1961 like a well-wateredH7302 gardenH1588,and neverH3808 againH3254 will they languishH1669.

15This is whatH3541 the LORDH3068 saysH559:

“A voiceH6963 is heardH8085 in RamahH7414,mourningH5092 and greatH8563 weepingH1065,RachelH7354 weepingH1058 forH5921 her childrenH1121and refusingH3985 to be comfortedH5162 ,becauseH3588 they are no moreH369.”2

“KeepH4513 your voiceH6963 from weepingH1065and your eyesH5869 from tearsH1832,forH3588 the rewardH7939 for your workH6468 will comeH3426,declaresH5002 the LORDH3068.Then your children will returnH7725from the landH776 of the enemyH341.17So there isH3426 hopeH8615 for your futureH319,declaresH5002 the LORDH3068,and your childrenH1121 will returnH7725to their own landH1366.
