1“At thatהַהִיא֙ha.Hi'H1931timeבָּעֵ֤תba.'EtH6256,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068, “I will beאֶֽהְיֶה֙'eh.YehH1961the Godלֵֽאלֹהִ֔יםle.lo.HimH430of allלְכֹ֖לle.KholH3605the familiesמִשְׁפְּח֣וֹתmish.pe.ChotH4940of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478,and theyוְהֵ֖מָּהve.He.mahH1992will beיִֽהְיוּ־yih.yu-H1961Mypeopleלְעָֽם׃ סle.'AmH5971.”

2This is whatכֹּ֚הkohH3541the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: “The peopleעַ֖ם'amH5971who survivedשְׂרִ֣ידֵיse.Ri.deiH8300the swordחָ֑רֶבCha.revH2719foundמָצָ֥אma.Tza'H4672favorחֵן֙chenH2580in the wildernessבַּמִּדְבָּ֔רba.mid.BarH4057when Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478wentהָל֥וֹךְha.LokhH1980to find restלְהַרְגִּיע֖וֹle.har.gi.'OH7280.”

3The LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068appearedנִרְאָ֣הnir.'AhH7200to usin the pastמֵרָח֕וֹקme.ra.ChokH7350, saying: “I have lovedאֲהַבְתִּ֔יךְ'a.hav.TikhH157you with an everlastingעוֹלָם֙o.LamH5769loveוְאַהֲבַ֤תve.'a.ha.VatH160;thereforeעַל־ כֵּ֖ן'al- kenH5921 H3651I have drawn youמְשַׁכְתִּ֥יךְme.shakh.TikhH4900with loving devotionחָֽסֶד׃Cha.sedH2617.

4Againע֤וֹדodH5750I will build youאֶבְנֵךְ֙'ev.neKhH1129,and you will be rebuiltוְֽנִבְנֵ֔יתve.niv.NeitH1129,O Virginבְּתוּלַ֖תbe.tu.LatH1330Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478.Againע֚וֹדodH5750you will take upתַּעְדִּ֣יta'.DiH5710your tambourinesתֻפַּ֔יִךְtu.Pa.yikhH8596and go outוְיָצָ֖אתve.ya.TzatH3318in joyfulמְשַׂחֲקִֽים׃me.sa.cha.KimH7832dancingבִּמְח֥וֹלbim.CholH4234.

5Againע֚וֹדodH5750you will plantתִּטְּעִ֣יti.te.'IH5193vineyardsכְרָמִ֔יםkhe.ra.MimH3754on the hillsבְּהָרֵ֖יbe.ha.ReiH2022of Samariaשֹֽׁמְר֑וֹןsho.me.RonH8111;the farmersנָטְע֥וּna.te.'UH5193will plantנֹטְעִ֖יםno.te.'ImH5193and enjoy the fruitוְחִלֵּֽלוּ׃ve.chi.Le.luH2490.

6Forכִּ֣יkiH3588there will beיֶשׁ־yesh-H3426a dayי֔וֹםYomH3117when watchmenנֹצְרִ֖יםno.tze.RimH5341will call outקָרְא֥וּka.re.'UH7121on the hillsבְּהַ֣רbe.HarH2022of Ephraimאֶפְרָ֑יִם'ef.Ra.yimH669, ‘Ariseק֚וּמוּKu.muH6965,let us go upוְנַעֲלֶ֣הve.na.'a.LehH5927to Zionצִיּ֔וֹןtzi.YonH6726,toאֶל־'el-H413the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068our Godאֱלֹהֵֽינוּ׃ פ'e.lo.Hei.nuH430!’”

7Forכִּי־ki-H3588this is whatכֹ֣ה׀khohH3541the LORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: “Singרָנּ֤וּra.NuH7442with joyשִׂמְחָ֔הsim.ChahH8057for Jacobלְיַֽעֲקֹב֙le.ya.'a.KoH3290;shoutוְצַהֲל֖וּve.tza.ha.LuH6670for the foremostבְּרֹ֣אשׁbe.RoshH7218of the nationsהַגּוֹיִ֑םha.go.YimH1471!Makeהַשְׁמִ֤יעוּhash.Mi.'uH8085your praises heardהַֽלְלוּ֙ha.LuH1984,and sayוְאִמְר֔וּve.'im.RuH559, ‘O LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068אֶֽת־'et-H853,saveהוֹשַׁ֤עho.Sha'H3467Your peopleעַמְּךָ֔'a.me.KhaH5971אֵ֖ת'etH853,the remnantשְׁאֵרִ֥יתshe.'e.RitH7611of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478!’

8Beholdהִנְנִי֩hi.NiH2005,I will bringמֵבִ֨יאme.Vi'H935themאוֹתָ֜ם'o.TamH853from the landמֵאֶ֣רֶץme.'E.retzH776of the northצָפ֗וֹןtza.FonH6828and gather themוְקִבַּצְתִּים֮ve.ki.batz.TimH6908from the farthest partsמִיַּרְכְּתֵי־mi.yar.ke.tei-H3411of the earthאָרֶץ֒'a.RetzH776, includingthe blindעִוֵּ֣ר'i.VerH5787and the lameוּפִסֵּ֔חַu.fi.Se.achH6455יַחְדָּ֑וyach.DavH3162,expectant mothersהָרָ֥הha.RahH2030and women in laborוְיֹלֶ֖דֶתve.yo.Le.detH3205.They will returnיָשׁ֥וּבוּ הֵֽנָּה׃ya.Shu.vu He.nahH7725 H2008as a greatגָּד֖וֹלga.DolH1419assemblyקָהָ֥לka.HalH6951!

10Hearשִׁמְע֤וּshim.'UH8085,O nationsגּוֹיִ֔םgo.YimH1471,the wordדְבַר־de.var-H1697of the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068,and proclaim itוְהַגִּ֥ידוּve.ha.Gi.duH5046in distantמִמֶּרְחָ֑קmi.mer.ChakH4801coastlandsבָאִיִּ֖יםva.'i.YimH339וְאִמְר֗וּve.'im.RuH559: “The One who scatteredמְזָרֵ֤הme.za.RehH2219Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478will gather themיְקַבְּצֶ֔נּוּye.ka.be.Tze.nuH6908and keep themוּשְׁמָר֖וֹu.she.ma.RoH8104as a shepherdכְּרֹעֶ֥הke.ro.'EhH7462keepshis flockעֶדְרֽוֹ׃ed.RoH5739.

11Forכִּֽי־ki-H3588the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068אֶֽת־'et-H853has ransomedפָדָ֥הfa.DahH6299Jacobיַעֲקֹ֑בya.'a.KoH3290and redeemed himוּגְאָל֕וֹu.ge.'a.LoH1350fromמִמֶּֽנּוּ׃mi.Me.nuH4480the handמִיַּ֖דmi.YadH3027that had overpowered himחָזָ֥קcha.ZakH2389.

12They will comeוּבָאוּ֮u.va.'UH935and shout for joyוְרִנְּנ֣וּve.ri.ne.NuH7442on the heightsבִמְרוֹם־vim.rom-H4791of Zionצִיּוֹן֒tzi.yOnH6726;they will be radiantוְנָהֲר֞וּve.na.ha.RuH5102overאֶל־'el-H413the bountyט֣וּבtuvH2898of the LORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068עַל־'al-H5921—the grainדָּגָן֙da.GanH1715,new wineתִּירֹ֣שׁti.RoshH8492,andוְעַל־ve.'al-H5921oilוְעַל־ יִצְהָ֔רve.'al- yitz.HarH3323 H5921,andוְעַל־ve.'al-H5921the youngבְּנֵי־be.nei-H1121of the flocksצֹ֖אןtzonH6629and herdsוּבָקָ֑רu.va.KarH1241.Their lifeנַפְשָׁם֙naf.ShamH5315will beוְהָיְתָ֤הve.ha.ye.TahH1961like a well-wateredרָוֶ֔הra.VehH7302gardenכְּגַ֣ןke.GanH1588,and neverוְלֹא־ve.lo'-H3808againיוֹסִ֥יפוּyo.Si.fuH3254עֽוֹד׃odH5750will they languishלְדַאֲבָ֖הle.da.'a.VahH1669.

13Thenאָ֣ז'azH227the maidensבְּתוּלָה֙be.tu.LahH1330will rejoiceתִּשְׂמַ֤חtis.MachH8055with dancingבְּמָח֔וֹלbe.ma.CholH4234,young menוּבַחֻרִ֥יםu.va.chu.RimH970and oldוּזְקֵנִ֖יםu.ze.ke.NimH2205as wellיַחְדָּ֑וyach.DavH3162.I will turnוְהָפַכְתִּ֨יve.ha.fakh.TiH2015their mourningאֶבְלָ֤ם'ev.LamH60into joyלְשָׂשׂוֹן֙le.sa.sOnH8342,and give them comfortוְנִ֣חַמְתִּ֔יםve.Ni.cham.TimH5162and joyוְשִׂמַּחְתִּ֖יםve.si.mach.TimH8055for their sorrowמִיגוֹנָֽם׃mi.go.NamH3015.

14I will fillוְרִוֵּיתִ֛יve.ri.vei.TiH7301the soulsנֶ֥פֶשׁNe.feshH5315of the priestsהַכֹּהֲנִ֖יםha.ko.ha.NimH3548abundantlyדָּ֑שֶׁןDa.shenH1880,and will fillיִשְׂבָּ֖עוּyis.Ba.'uH7646My peopleוְעַמִּ֛יve.'a.MiH5971withאֶת־'et-H853My goodnessטוּבִ֥יtu.ViH2898,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָֽה׃ סYah.wehH3068.

15This is whatכֹּ֣ה׀kohH3541the LORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: “A voiceק֣וֹלKolH6963is heardנִשְׁמָע֙nish.Ma'H8085in Ramahבְּרָמָ֤הbe.ra.MahH7414,mourningנְהִי֙ne.HiH5092and greatתַמְרוּרִ֔יםtam.ru.RimH8563weepingבְּכִ֣יbe.KhiH1065,Rachelרָחֵ֖לra.ChelH7354weepingמְבַכָּ֣הme.va.KahH1058forעַל־'al-H5921her childrenבָּנֶ֑יהָba.Nei.haH1121andrefusingמֵאֲנָ֛הme.'a.NahH3985to be comfortedלְהִנָּחֵ֥םle.hi.na.ChemH5162עַל־'al-H5921בָּנֶ֖יהָba.Nei.haH1121,becauseכִּ֥יkiH3588they are no moreאֵינֶֽנּוּ׃ ס'ei.Ne.nuH369.”
