Genesis 22:5-8
5“StayH3427 hereH6311 withH5973 the donkeyH2543,” AbrahamH85 toldH559H413 his servantsH5288. “The boyH5288 and IH589 will goH1980 overH5704 thereH3541 to worshipH7812, and then we will returnH7725 to youH413.”
6AbrahamH85 tookH3947 the woodH6086 for the burnt offeringH5930 and placedH7760 it onH5921 his sonH1121 IsaacH3327. He himself carriedH3947H3027 the fireH784 and the sacrificial knifeH3979, and the twoH8147 of them walked onH1980 togetherH3162.
7Then IsaacH3327 saidH559 toH413 his fatherH1 AbrahamH85, “My fatherH1!”
“Here I amH2009, my sonH1121,” he repliedH559.
“The fireH784 and the woodH6086 are hereH2009,” said IsaacH559, “but whereH346 is the lambH7716 for the burnt offeringH5930?”
8AbrahamH85 answeredH559, “GodH430 Himself will provideH7200 the lambH7716 for the burnt offeringH5930, my sonH1121.” And the twoH8147 walked onH1980 togetherH3162.
