Luke 21:25-37
25And there shall beG1510 signsG4592 in sunG2246 and moonG4582 and starsG798; and upon the earthG1093 distress of nationsG1484, in perplexity for the roaring of the seaG2281 and the billows; 26menG444 fainting for fearG5401, and for expectationG4329 of the things which are comingG1904 on the worldG3625: for the powersG1411 of the heavensG3772 shall be shakenG4531. 27And then shall they seeG3708 the SonG5207 of manG444 comingG2064 in a cloudG3507 with powerG1411 and greatG4183 gloryG1391. 28But when these thingsG3778 beginG757 to comeG1096 to passG1096, look up, and liftG1869 up your headsG2776; because your redemptionG629 draweth nigh.
29And he spake to them a parableG3850: Behold the figG4808 treeG1186, and all the treesG1186: 30whenG3752 they nowG2235 shoot forth, ye seeG991 it and knowG1097 of your ownG1438 selves that the summerG2330 isG1510 nowG2235 nigh. 31EvenG2532 so ye alsoG2532, whenG3752 ye seeG3708 these thingsG3778 comingG1096 to passG1096, knowG1097 ye that the kingdomG932 of GodG2316 isG1510 nigh. 32Verily I sayG3004 unto you, This generationG1074 shall not passG3928 awayG3928, till all thingsG3778 be accomplished. 33HeavenG3772 and earthG1093 shall passG3928 awayG3928: but my wordsG3056 shall not passG3928 awayG3928.
34But takeG4337 heed to yourselves, lest haply your heartsG2588 be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and caresG3308 of this lifeG982, and that dayG2250 comeG2186 on you suddenlyG160 as a snare: 35for soG5613 shall it comeG1904 upon all them that dwell on the faceG4383 of all the earthG1093. 36But watchG69 ye at every seasonG2540, making supplication, that ye may prevail to escapeG1628 all these thingsG3778 that shall comeG1096 to passG1096, and to standG2476 before the SonG5207 of manG444.
37And every dayG2250 he wasG1510 teachingG1321 in the temple; and every nightG3571 he wentG1831 out, and lodged in the mountG3735 that isG1510 calledG2564 Olivet.
