Ezekiel 16:1-7
1Again the wordH1697 of Jehovah came unto me, sayingH559, 2SonH1121 of manH120, cause JerusalemH3389 to knowH3045 her abominationsH8441; 3and sayH559, ThusH3541 saith the LordH136 Jehovah unto JerusalemH3389: Thy birthH4138 and thy nativity is of the landH776 of the CanaaniteH3669; the AmoriteH567 was thy fatherH1, and thy motherH517 was a HittiteH2850. 4And as for thy nativity, in the dayH3117 thou wast bornH3205 thy navel was not cutH3772, neither wast thou washedH7364 in waterH4325 to cleanse thee; thou wast not salted at all, nor swaddled at all. 5No eyeH5869 pitied thee, to do any of these thingsH428 unto thee, to have compassionH2550 upon thee; but thou wast castH7993 out in the open fieldH7704, for that thy personH5315 was abhorred, in the dayH3117 that thou wast bornH3205.
6And when I passedH5674 by thee, and sawH7200 thee weltering in thy bloodH1818, I saidH559 unto thee, Though thou art in thy bloodH1818, liveH2421; yea, I saidH559 unto thee, Though thou art in thy bloodH1818, liveH2421. 7I caused thee to multiplyH7235 as that which groweth in the fieldH7704, and thou didst increaseH7235 and wax greatH1431, and thou attainedst to excellent ornament; thy breastsH7699 were fashioned, and thy hairH8181 was grownH1431; yet thou wast nakedH5903 and bare.
