Deuteronomy 19:10-13
10that innocentH5355 bloodH1818 beH1961 not shedH8210 in the midstH7130 of thy landH776, which Jehovah thy GodH430 giveth thee for an inheritanceH5159, and so bloodH1818 beH1961 upon thee.
11But if any manH376 hateH8130 his neighborH7453, and lieH693 in waitH693 for him, and riseH6965 up against him, and smite him mortally so that he dieth, and he fleeH5127 into oneH259 of these citiesH5892; 12then the eldersH2205 of his cityH5892 shall sendH7971 and fetch him thence, and deliver him into the handH3027 of the avengerH1350 of bloodH1818, that he may dieH4191. 13Thine eyeH5869 shall not pityH2347 him, but thou shalt put away the innocentH5355 bloodH1818 from IsraelH3478, that it may go well with thee.
