Deuteronomy 15:1-5
At the endH7093 of every sevenH7651 yearsH8141 thou shalt makeH6213 a release.
And this is the mannerH1697 of the release: every creditorH5383 shall release that which he hath lentH5383 unto his neighborH7453; he shall not exact it of his neighborH7453 and his brotherH251; because Jehovah’s release hath been proclaimedH7121.
Of a foreignerH5237 thou mayest exact it: but whatsoever of thine is with thy brotherH251 thy handH3027 shall release.
Howbeit there shall beH1961 no poor with thee (for Jehovah will surely blessH1288 thee in the landH776 which Jehovah thy GodH430 giveth thee for an inheritanceH5159 to possessH3423 it),
if onlyH7535 thou diligently hearken unto the voiceH6963 of Jehovah thy GodH430, to observeH8104 to do all this commandmentH4687 which I commandH6680 thee this dayH3117.
