17“But your eyesעֵינֶ֙יךָ֙'ei.Nei.khaH5869and your heartוְלִבְּךָ֔ve.li.be.KhaH3820Are intentonlyאִם־'im-H3588H518upon your owndishonestH1215gainבִּצְעֶ֑ךָbitz.'E.khaH1215, And onsheddingלִשְׁפּ֔וֹךְlish.PokhH8210innocentהַנָּקִי֙ha.na.KiH5355bloodדַּֽם־dam-H1818,And on practicingלַעֲשֽׂוֹת׃ סla.'a.SotH6213oppressionהָעֹ֥שֶׁקha.'O.shekH6233and extortionהַמְּרוּצָ֖הha.me.ru.TzahH4835.”
18Thereforeלָכֵ֞ןla.KhenH3651thisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559regardingאֶל־'el-H413Jehoiakimיְהוֹיָקִ֤יםye.ho.ya.KimH3079the sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of Josiahיֹאשִׁיָּ֙הוּ֙yo.shi.Ya.huH2977,kingמֶ֣לֶךְMe.lekhH4428of Judahיְהוּדָ֔הye.hu.DahH3063: “They will notmournיִסְפְּד֣וּyis.pe.DuH5594for him: ‘Ohה֥וֹיHoH1945,my brotherאָחִ֖י'a.ChiH251!’or, ‘Ohוְה֣וֹיve.HoH1945,sisterאָח֑וֹת'a.ChotH269!’They will not mournיִסְפְּד֣וּyis.pe.DuH5594for him: ‘Ohה֥וֹיHoH1945,for the masterאָד֖וֹן'a.DonH113!’or, ‘Ohוְה֥וֹיve.HoH1945,for his splendorהֹדֽוֹ׃ho.DoH1935!’
19He will beburiedיִקָּבֵ֑רyi.ka.VerH6912with a donkey’sחֲמ֖וֹרcha.MorH2543burialקְבוּרַ֥תke.vu.RatH6900,Draggedסָח֣וֹבsa.ChovH5498offH5498and thrownוְהַשְׁלֵ֔ךְve.hash.LekhH7993outH7993beyondמֵהָ֖לְאָהme.Hal.'ahH4480H1973the gatesלְשַׁעֲרֵ֥יle.sha.'a.ReiH8179of Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ סye.ru.sha.LimH3389.
20Goעֲלִ֤י'a.LiH5927upH5927to Lebanonהַלְּבָנוֹן֙ha.le.va.nOnH3844and cryוּֽצְעָ֔קִיu.tze.'A.kiH6817outH6817,And raiseתְּנִ֣יte.NiH5414your voiceקוֹלֵ֑ךְko.LekhH6963in Bashanוּבַבָּשָׁ֖ןu.va.ba.ShanH1316;Cryוְצַֽעֲקִי֙ve.tza.'a.KiH6817outH6817also fromAbarimמֵֽעֲבָרִ֔יםme.'a.va.RimH5682,For allכָּל־kol-H3605yourloversמְאַהֲבָֽיִךְ׃me.'a.ha.Va.yikhH157have been crushedנִשְׁבְּר֖וּnish.be.RuH7665.
