2and they spokeH1696 to them at ShilohH7887 in the landH776 of CanaanH3667, sayingH559, Jehovah commandedH6680 through MosesH4872 to giveH5414 us citiesH5892 to dwellH3427 in, and their suburbs for our cattleH929.

3And the children of IsraelH3478 gaveH5414 to the LevitesH3881 out of their inheritanceH5159, according to the word of Jehovah, these citiesH5892 and their suburbs.

4And the lotH1486 came forthH3318 for the familiesH4940 of the KohathitesH6956. And the children of AaronH175 the priestH3548, of the LevitesH3881, had by lotH1486 out of the tribeH4294 of JudahH3063, and out of the tribeH4294 of the Simeonites, and out of the tribeH4294 of BenjaminH1144, thirteen citiesH5892.

5And the children of KohathH6955 that remainedH3498 had by lotH1486 out of the familiesH4940 of the tribeH4294 of EphraimH669, and out of the tribeH4294 of DanH1835, and out of the halfH2677 tribeH4294 of ManassehH4519, tenH6235 citiesH5892.

6And the children of GershonH1648 had by lotH1486 out of the familiesH4940 of the tribeH4294 of IssacharH3485, and out of the tribeH4294 of AsherH836, and out of the tribeH4294 of NaphtaliH5321, and out of the halfH2677 tribeH4294 of ManassehH4519 in BashanH1316, thirteen citiesH5892.

7The children of MerariH4847 according to their familiesH4940 had by lot out of the tribeH4294 of ReubenH7205, and out of the tribeH4294 of GadH1410, and out of the tribeH4294 of ZebulunH2074, twelve citiesH5892.

8And the children of IsraelH3478 gaveH5414 by lotH1486 to the LevitesH3881 these citiesH5892 and their suburbs, as Jehovah commandedH6680 through MosesH4872.

9And they gaveH5414 out of the tribeH4294 of the children of JudahH3063, and out of the tribeH4294 of the children of SimeonH8095, these citiesH5892 which were mentioned by nameH8034,

10and which the children of AaronH175, of the familiesH4940 of the KohathitesH6956, of the children of LeviH3878 had (for theirs wasH1961 the firstH7223 lotH1486);

11and they gaveH5414 them Kirjath-Arba, [which Arba was] the fatherH1 of AnakH6061, that is, HebronH2275, in the mountainH2022 of JudahH3063, with its suburbs roundH5439 about it.

14and JattirH3492 and its suburbs, and EshtemoaH851 and its suburbs,

15and HolonH2473 and its suburbs, and DebirH1688 and its suburbs,

16and AinH5871 and its suburbs, and JuttahH3194 and its suburbs, [and] Beth-shemeshH1053 and its suburbs: nineH8672 citiesH5892 out of those twoH8147 tribesH7626;

17and out of the tribeH4294 of BenjaminH1144: GibeonH1391 and its suburbs, GebaH1387 and its suburbs,

18AnathothH6068 and its suburbs, and Almon and its suburbs; fourH702 citiesH5892.
