Exodus 8:16-19

And Jehovah saidH559 to MosesH4872, SayH559 unto Aaron, StretchH7971 out thy staff, and smite the dust of the earth, and it shall become gnats throughout the land of Egypt.

And they did so; and Aaron stretchedH7971 out his hand with his staff, and smote the dust of the earthH127, and there arose gnats on man and on beast: all the dust of the landH127 became gnats throughout the landH127 of EgyptH4713.

And the scribes did soH4616 with their sorceries, to bring forth gnats; but they could not. And the gnats were on man and on beast.

Then the scribes said to Pharaoh, This is the finger of 1God! But Pharaoh's heart wasH1961 stubborn, and he hearkened not to them, as Jehovah had said.
