Romans 12:1-13 1 I beseech you therefore οὖν oun G3767 , brethren , by the compassions of God θεοῦ, theou G2316 , to present παραστῆσαι parastēsai G3936 your bodies σώματα sōmata G4983 a living G2198 sacrifice θυσίαν thusian G2378 , holy ἁγίαν hagian G40 , acceptable to God θεῷ, theō G2316 , [ which is ] your intelligent service λατρείαν latreian G2999 . 2 And be not conformed to this world , but be transformed μεταμορφοῦσθε metamorphousthe G3339 by the renewing ἀνακαινώσει anakainōsei G342 of [ your ] mind νοὸς noos G3563 , that ye may prove what [ is ] the good ἀγαθὸν agathon G18 and acceptable and perfect τέλειον. teleion G5046 will of God θεοῦ theou G2316 . 3 For I say λέγω legō G3004 , through the grace χάριτος charitos G5485 which has been G1510 given G1325 to me , to every one G1538 that is G1510 among you , not to have high thoughts above what he should think φρονεῖν, phronein G5426 ; but to think φρονεῖν phronein G5426 so as to be G1510 wise, as God θεὸς theos G2316 has dealt to each a measure μέτρον metron G3358 of faith πίστεως. pisteōs G4102 . 4 For , as in one ἑνὶ heni G1520 body σώματι sōmati G4983 we have many πολλὰ polla G4183 members μέλη melē G3196 , but all the members μέλη melē G3196 have not the same αὐτὴν autēn G846 office; 6 But having different gifts χαρίσματα charismata G5486 , according κατὰ kata G2596 to the grace χάριν charin G5485 which has been given G1325 to us , whether [ it be ] prophecy προφητείαν prophēteian G4394 , [let us prophesy] according κατὰ kata G2596 to the proportion of faith πίστεως, pisteōs G4102 ; 7 or service διακονίαν diakonian G1248 , [let us occupy ourselves] in service διακονίᾳ, diakonia G1248 ; or he that teaches G1321 , in teaching διδάσκων didaskōn G1321 ; 8 or he that exhorts παρακαλῶν parakalōn G3870 , in exhortation παρακλήσει, paraklēsei G3874 ; he that gives , in simplicity ; he that leads, with diligence σπουδῇ, spoudēa G4710 ; he that shews mercy ἐλεῶν eleōn G1653 , with cheerfulness . 9 Let love ἀγάπη agapē G26 be unfeigned; abhorring evil πονηρόν, ponēron G4190 ; cleaving to good ἀγαθῷ· agathō G18 : 10 as to brotherly φιλαδελφίᾳ philadelphia G5360 love G5360 , kindly affectioned towards one G240 another : as to honour, each taking the lead in paying it to the other G240 : 11 as to diligent zealousness, not slothful; in spirit πνεύματι pneumati G4151 fervent ζέοντες, zeontes G2204 ; serving G1398 the Lord κυρίῳ kuriō G2962 . 12 As regards hope ἐλπίδι elpidi G1680 , rejoicing G5463 : as regards tribulation θλίψει thlipsei G2347 , enduring: as regards prayer προσευχῇ proseuchēa G4335 , persevering : 13 distributing to the necessities of the saints ἁγίων hagiōn G40 ; given to hospitality φιλοξενίαν philoxenian G5381 .
