Hebrews 10:1-25
1For the lawG3551 having a shadowG4639 of the goodG18thingsG3739to comeG3195, not the very imageG1504 of the thingsG3739, can never with the sameG846 sacrificesG2378 yearG1763 by yearG1763, which they offerG4374 continually, makeG5048 perfectG5048 them that drawG4334 nigh. 2Else would they not have ceasedG3973 to be offeredG4374? because the worshippers, having been onceG530 cleansedG2511, would have had no moreG2089 consciousness of sinsG266. 3But in those sacrifices there is a remembranceG364 made of sinsG266 yearG1763 by yearG1763. 4For it is impossibleG102 that the bloodG129 of bullsG5022 and goatsG5131 should takeG851 awayG851 sinsG266. 5Wherefore when he cometh into the worldG2889, he saith,
8SayingG3004 above, SacrificesG2378 and offeringsG4376 and whole burntG3646 offeringsG4376 andsacrificesG2378for sinG266 thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasureG2106 therein (the which are offeredG4374 accordingG2596 to the lawG3551), 9thenG5119 hath he saidG3004, Lo, I am comeG2240 to do thy will. He taketh away the firstG4413, that he may establishG2476 the secondG1208. 10By which will we have beenG1510 sanctifiedG37 through the offeringG4376 of the bodyG4983 of JesusG2424 ChristG5547 onceG2178 for all. 11And every priestG2409 indeed standeth dayG2250 by dayG2250 ministeringG3008 and offeringG4374 oftentimes the sameG846 sacrificesG2378, the which can neverG3763 take awayG4014 sinsG266: 12but he, when he had offeredG4374 oneG1520 sacrificeG2378 for sinsG266 for ever, satG2523 downG2523 on the rightG1188 handG1188 of GodG2316; 13henceforth expecting till his enemiesG2190 be made the footstoolG5286 of his feetG4228. 14For by oneG1520 offeringG4376 he hath perfectedG5048 for ever them that are sanctifiedG37. 15And the HolyG40 SpiritG4151 alsoG2532 beareth witnessG3140 to us; for after he hath saidG3004,
then saith he,
18NowG1161 whereG3699 remission of these is, there is no more offeringG4376 for sinG266.
19Having thereforeG3767, brethren, boldnessG3954 to enter into the holyG40 place by the bloodG129 of JesusG2424, 20by the wayG3598 which he dedicated for us, a new and livingG2198 wayG3598, through the veilG2665, that isG1510 to say, his fleshG4561; 21and having a greatG3173 priestG2409 over the houseG3624 of GodG2316; 22let us drawG4334 near with a trueG228 heartG2588 in fulness of faithG4102, having our heartsG2588 sprinkled from an evilG4190 conscienceG4893: and having our bodyG4983 washedG3068 with pureG2513 water, 23let us holdG2722 fastG2722 the confessionG3671 of our hopeG1680 that it waver not; for he is faithfulG4103 that promisedG1861: 24and let us considerG2657 oneG240 another to provoke unto loveG26 and goodG2570 worksG2041; 25not forsaking our ownG1438 assembling togetherG1997, as the customG1485 of some is, but exhortingG3870 oneG5100 another; and so muchG3745 the moreG3123, as ye seeG991 the dayG2250 drawingG1448 nigh.
