Ezekiel 33:24-29
24SonH1121 of manH120, they that inhabitH3427 those wasteH2723 placesH2723 in the landH776 of IsraelH3478 speak, sayingH559, AbrahamH85 wasH1961 oneH259, and he inherited the landH776: but we are manyH7227; the landH776 is givenH5414 us for inheritance. 25Wherefore sayH559 unto them, ThusH3541 saith the LordH136 Jehovah: Ye eatH398 with the bloodH1818, and liftH5375 up your eyesH5869 unto your idolsH1544, and shedH8210 bloodH1818: and shall ye possessH3423 the landH776? 26Ye standH5975 upon your swordH2719, ye work abominationH8441, and ye defileH2930 every oneH376 his neighbor’sH7453 wifeH802: and shall ye possessH3423 the landH776? 27ThusH3541 shalt thou sayH559 unto them, ThusH3541 saith the LordH136 Jehovah: As I live, surely they that are in the wasteH2723 placesH2723 shall fallH5307 by the swordH2719; and him that is in the open fieldH7704 will I giveH5414 to the beasts to be devouredH398; and they that are in the strongholds and in the cavesH4631 shall dieH4191 of the pestilenceH1698. 28And I will makeH5414 the landH776 a desolationH8077 and an astonishment; and the prideH1347 of her power shall cease; and the mountainsH2022 of IsraelH3478 shall be desolateH8074, so that none shall passH5674 through. 29Then shall they knowH3045 that I am Jehovah, when I have madeH6213 the landH776 a desolationH8077 and an astonishment, because of all their abominationsH8441 which they have committed.
