Ezekiel 30:6-19
6ThusH3541 saith Jehovah: They also that uphold EgyptH4714 shall fallH5307; and the prideH1347 of her power shall comeH3381 down: from the tower of Seveneh shall they fallH5307 in it by the swordH2719, saith the Lord Jehovah. 7And they shall beH1961 desolateH8074 in the midstH8432 of the countries that are desolateH8074; and her citiesH5892 shall beH1961 in the midstH8432 of the citiesH5892 that are wasted. 8And they shall knowH3045 that I am Jehovah, when I have setH5414 a fireH784 in EgyptH4714, and all her helpersH5826 are destroyed. 9In that dayH3117 shall messengersH4397 goH3318 forthH3318 from before me in shipsH6716 to make the careless Ethiopians afraid; and there shall beH1961 anguishH2479 upon them, as in the dayH3117 of EgyptH4714; for, lo, it cometh.
10ThusH3541 saith the LordH136 Jehovah: I will also make the multitudeH1995 of EgyptH4714 to ceaseH7673, by the handH3027 of Nebuchadrezzar kingH4428 of BabylonH894. 11He and his peopleH5971 with him, the terrible of the nationsH1471, shall be broughtH935 in to destroyH7843 the landH776; and they shall draw their swordsH2719 against EgyptH4714, and fillH4390 the landH776 with the slainH2491. 12And I will makeH5414 the riversH2975 dryH2724, and will sellH4376 the landH776 into the handH3027 of evilH7451 men; and I will makeH5414 the landH776 desolateH8074, and all that is therein, by the handH3027 of strangersH2114: I, Jehovah, have spokenH1696 it.
13ThusH3541 saith the LordH136 Jehovah: I will also destroyH6 the idolsH1544, and I will cause the images to ceaseH7673 from MemphisH5297; and there shall beH1961 no more a princeH5387 from the landH776 of EgyptH4714: and I will putH5414 a fearH3374 in the landH776 of EgyptH4714. 14And I will makeH5414 PathrosH6624 desolateH8074, and will setH5414 a fireH784 in ZoanH6814, and will execute judgmentsH8201 upon No. 15And I will pourH8210 my wrathH2534 upon Sin, the strongholdH4581 of EgyptH4714; and I will cutH3772 off the multitudeH1995 of No. 16And I will setH5414 a fireH784 in EgyptH4714: Sin shall beH1961 in great anguishH2342, and No shall beH1961 brokenH1234 up; and MemphisH5297 shall have adversaries in the day-time. 17The youngH970 menH970 of Aven and of Pi-beseth shall fallH5307 by the swordH2719; and these cities shall go into captivityH7628. 18At Tehaphnehes also the dayH3117 shall withdraw itself, when I shall breakH7665 there the yokes of EgyptH4714, and the prideH1347 of her power shall ceaseH7673 in her: as for her, a cloudH6051 shall coverH3680 her, and her daughtersH1323 shall go into captivityH7628. 19Thus will I execute judgmentsH8201 upon EgyptH4714; and they shall knowH3045 that I am Jehovah.
