Acts 3:1-16
1NowG1161 PeterG4074 and JohnG2491 were goingG305 up into the templeG2411 at the hourG5610 of prayerG4335, beingthe ninth hourG5610. 2And a certainG5100 manG435 that was lameG5560 from his mother’sG3384 wombG2836 was carriedG941, whom they laidG5087 daily at the doorG2374 of the temple which is called BeautifulG5611, to askG154 almsG1654 of them that enteredG1531 into the temple; 3who seeingG3708 PeterG4074 and JohnG2491 about to go into the templeG2411, askedG2065 to receiveG2983 an almsG1654. 4And PeterG4074, fastening his eyes upon him, with JohnG2491, saidG3004, LookG991 on us. 5And he gave heed unto them, expectingG4328 to receiveG2983 somethingG5100 from them. 6But PeterG4074 saidG3004, SilverG694 and goldG5553 have I none; but what I have, that giveG1325 I thee. In the nameG3686 of JesusG2424 ChristG5547 of NazarethG3480, walkG4043. 7And he took him by the rightG1188 handG5495, and raisedG1453 him up: and immediatelyG3916 his feet and his ankle-bones received strength. 8And leaping up, he stoodG2476, and began to walkG4043; and he enteredG1525 with them into the temple, walkingG4043, and leaping, and praisingG134 GodG2316. 9And all the peopleG2992 sawG3708 him walkingG4043 and praisingG134 GodG2316: 10and they took knowledge of him, that it wasG1510 he that satG2521 for almsG1654 at the BeautifulG5611 GateG4439 of the temple; and they wereG1510 filledG4130 with wonder and amazement at that which had happenedG4819 unto him.
11And as he heldG2902 PeterG4074 and JohnG2491, all the peopleG2992 ran togetherG4936 unto them in the porch that is calledG2564 Solomon’s, greatly wondering. 12And whenG5613 PeterG4074 sawG3708 it, he answeredG611 unto the peopleG2992, Ye menG435 of Israel, whyG5101 marvelG2296 ye at this manG435? or whyG5101 fasten ye your eyes on us, as though by our ownG2398 powerG1411 or godlinessG2150 we had madeG4160 him to walkG4043? 13The GodG2316 of AbrahamG11, and of IsaacG2464, and of JacobG2384, the GodG2316 of our fathersG3962, hath glorifiedG1392 his ServantG3816 JesusG2424; whom ye deliveredG3860 up, and deniedG720 before the faceG4383 of PilateG4091, when he had determined to releaseG630 him. 14But ye deniedG720 the HolyG40 and RighteousG1342 OneG3588, and askedG154 for a murdererG5406 to be grantedG5483 unto you, 15and killedG615 the Prince of lifeG2222; whom GodG2316 raisedG1453 from the deadG3498; whereof we areG1510 witnessesG3144. 16And by faithG4102 in his nameG3686 hath his nameG3686 made this manG3778 strong, whom ye behold and know: yea, the faithG4102 which is through him hath givenG1325 him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.
