heirs κληρονόμοι klēronomoi G2818 of God θεοῦ theou G2316 , and joint-heirs with Christ Χριστοῦ· Christou G5547 ; if so ἵνα ina G2443 be that we suffer συμπάσχομεν sumpaschomen G4841 with him , that we may be also G2532 glorified with him . 18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present νῦν nun G3568 time καιροῦ kairou G2540 are not worthy G514 to be compared with the glory δόξαν doxan G1391 which shall be revealed ἀποκαλυφθῆναι apokaluphthēnai G601 to us-ward. 19 For the earnest ἀποκαραδοκία apokaradokia G603 expectation G603 of the creation κτίσεως ktiseōs G2937 waiteth for the revealing of the sons υἱῶν huiōn G5207 of God θεοῦ theou G2316 . 20 For the creation κτίσις ktisis G2937 was subjected ὑπετάγη, hupetagē G5293 to vanity , not of its own will, but by reason of him who subjected ὑποτάξαντα, hupotaxanta G5293 it , in hope ἑλπίδι helpidi G1680 21 that the creation κτίσις ktisis G2937 itself also καὶ kai G2532 shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the liberty of the glory δόξης doxēs G1391 of the children G5043 of God θεοῦ. theou G2316 . 22 For we know that the whole creation κτίσις ktisis G2937 groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now νῦν· nun G3568 . 23 And not only G3440 so , but ourselves also G2532 , who have the first-fruits of the Spirit πνεύματος pneumatos G4151 , even G2532 we ourselves groan στενάζομεν stenazomen G4727 within ourselves , waiting for our adoption υἱοθεσίαν huiothesian G5206 , to wit, the redemption ἀπολύτρωσιν apolutrōsin G629 of our body σώματος sōmatos G4983 . 25 But if we hope ἐλπίζομεν, elpizomen G1679 for that which we see βλέπομεν blepomen G991 not , then G1161 do we with patience wait for it . 26 And in like manner the Spirit πνεῦμα pneuma G4151 also καὶ kai G2532 helpeth our infirmity G769 : for we know not how to pray προσευξώμεθα proseuxōmetha G4336 as we ought G1163 ; but the Spirit πνεῦμα pneuma G4151 himself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered; 27 and he that searcheth the hearts καρδίας kardias G2588 knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit πνεύματος, pneumatos G4151 , because he maketh intercession for the saints ἁγίων.¶ hagiōn G40 according κατὰ kata G2596 to the will of God θεὸν theon G2316 .
