Isaiah 53:2-5
2For He grewH5927 up beforeH6440 Him like a 1tenderH3126 2shootH3126, And like a rootH8328 out of parchedH6723 groundH776; He has 3noH3808 stately formH8389 or majestyH1926 That we should lookH7200 upon Him, NorH3808 appearanceH4758 that we should 4be attractedH2530 to Him.3He was 5despisedH959 and forsakenH2310 of menH376, A manH376 of 6sorrowsH4341 and 7acquaintedH3045 with 8griefH2483; And like one from whom men hideH4564 their faceH6440 He was 9despisedH959, and we did not 10esteemH2803 Him.
4SurelyH403 our 11griefsH2483 He HimselfH1931 12boreH5375, And our 13sorrowsH4341 He carriedH5445; Yet we ourselvesH587 esteemedH2803 Him strickenH5060, 14SmittenH5221 of 15GodH430, and afflictedH6031.5But He was 16piercedH2490 throughH2490 for 17our transgressionsH6588, He was crushedH1792 for 18our iniquitiesH5771; The 19chasteningH4148 for our 20well-beingH7965 fell upon Him, And by 21His scourgingH2250 we are healedH7495.
