211Do you not knowH3045? Have you not heardH8085? Has it not been declaredH5046 to you from the beginningH7218? Have you not understoodH995 2from the foundationsH4144 of the earthH776?22It is He who 3sitsH3427 aboveH5921 the 45circleH2329 of the earthH776, And its inhabitantsH3427 are like 6grasshoppersH2284, Who 7stretchesH5186 out the heavensH8064 like a 8curtainH1852 And spreadsH4969 them out like a 9tentH168 to dwellH3427 in.23He it is who reducesH5414 10rulersH7336 to nothingH369, Who 11makesH6213 the judgesH8199 of the earthH776 12meaninglessH8414.2413ScarcelyH1077H637 have they been plantedH5193, 14ScarcelyH1077H637 have they been sownH2232, 15ScarcelyH1077H637 has their stockH1503 takenH8327 rootH8327 in the earthH776, But He merelyH1571 blowsH5398 on them, and they witherH3001, And the 16stormH5591 carriesH5375 them away like stubbleH7179.25“17To whomH4310 then will you likenH1819 Me That I would be his equalH7737?” saysH559 the HolyH6918 OneH6918.2618LiftH5375 up your eyesH5869 on highH4791 And seeH7200 19whoH4310 has createdH1254 theseH428 stars, The 20One who leadsH3318 forthH3318 their hostH6635 by numberH4557, He callsH7121 them allH3605 by nameH8034; BecauseH4480 of the 21greatnessH7230 of His mightH202 and the 22strengthH533 of His powerH3581, 23Not oneH376 of them is missingH5737.

2724WhyH4100 do you sayH559, O JacobH3290, and assertH1696, O IsraelH3478, “My wayH1870 is 25hiddenH5641 from the LordH3068, And the 26justiceH4941 due me 27escapesH5674 the noticeH5674 of 28my GodH430”?2829Do you not knowH3045? Have you not heardH8085? The 30EverlastingH5769 GodH430, the LordH3068, the CreatorH1254 of the endsH7098 of the earthH776 Does not becomeH3286 wearyH3286 or tiredH3021. His understandingH8394 is 31inscrutableH369H2714.29He givesH5414 strengthH3581 to the 32wearyH3287, And to him who lacksH369 mightH202 He 33increasesH7235 powerH6109.30Though 34youthsH5288 growH3286 wearyH3286 and tiredH3021, And vigorousH970 35youngH970 menH970 stumbleH3782 badlyH3782,31Yet those who 36waitH6960 for the LordH3068 Will 37gainH2498 newH2498 strengthH3581; They will 3839mountH5927 up with 40wingsH83 like eaglesH5404, They will runH7323 and not getH3021 tiredH3021, They will walkH1980 and not becomeH3286 wearyH3286.
