211Do you not knowH3045? Have you not heardH8085? Has it not been declaredH5046 to you from the beginningH7218? Have you not understoodH995 2from the foundationsH4144 of the earthH776?22It is He who 3sitsH3427 aboveH5921 the 45circleH2329 of the earthH776, And its inhabitantsH3427 are like 6grasshoppersH2284, Who 7stretchesH5186 outH5186 the heavensH8064 like a 8curtainH1852 And spreadsH4969 them outH4969 like a 9tentH168 to liveH3427 in.23It is He who reducesH5414 10rulersH7336 to nothingH369, Who 11makesH6213 the judgesH8199 of the earthH776 12meaninglessH8414.2413ScarcelyH1077H637 have they been plantedH5193, 14ScarcelyH1077H637 have they been sownH2232, 15ScarcelyH1077H637 has their stockH1503 takenH8327 rootH8327 in the earthH776, But He merelyH1571 blowsH5398 on them, and they witherH3001, And the 16stormH5591 carriesH5375 them away like stubbleH7179.25“17To whomH4310 then will you compareH1819 Me That I would beH7737 his equalH7737?” saysH559 the HolyH6918 OneH6918.2618RaiseH5375 your eyesH5869 on highH4791 And seeH7200 19whoH4310 has createdH1254 theseH428 stars, The 20One who bringsH3318 outH3318 their 21multitudeH6635 by numberH4557, He callsH7121 them allH3605 by nameH8034; BecauseH4480 of the 22greatnessH7230 of His mightH202 and the 23strengthH533 of His powerH3581, 24Not oneH376 of them isH5737 missingH5737.

2725WhyH4100 do you sayH559, JacobH3290, and you assertH1696, IsraelH3478, “My wayH1870 is 26hiddenH5641 from the LordH3068, And the 27justiceH4941 due me 28escapesH5674 theH5674 noticeH5674 of 29my GodH430”?2830Do you not knowH3045? Have you not heardH8085? The 31EverlastingH5769 GodH430, the LordH3068, the CreatorH1254 of the endsH7098 of the earthH776 Does not becomeH3286 wearyH3286 or tiredH3021. His understandingH8394 is 32unsearchableH369H2714.29He givesH5414 strengthH3581 to the 33wearyH3287, And to the one who lacksH369 mightH202 He 34increasesH7235 powerH6109.30Though 35youthsH5288 growH3286 wearyH3286 and tiredH3021, And vigorousH970 36youngH970 menH970 stumbleH3782 badlyH3782,31Yet those who 37waitH6960 for the LordH3068 Will 38gainH2498 newH2498 strengthH3581; They will 3940mountH5927 upH5927 with wingsH83 like eaglesH5404, They will runH7323 and not getH3021 tiredH3021, They will walkH1980 and not becomeH3286 wearyH3286.
