James 2:2-9

for if there comeG1525 unto your synagogueG4864 a manG435 with a gold ring in splendidG2986 apparelG2066, and a poorG4434 manG435 alsoG2532 comeG1525 in in vile apparelG2066,

and ye lookG1914 upon him who wears the splendidG2986 apparelG2066, and sayG3004, Do thou sitG2521 hereG5602 wellG2573, and sayG3004 to the poorG4434, Do thou standG2476 there, or sitG2521 hereG5602 under my footstoolG5286:

have ye not made a difference among yourselves, and becomeG1096 judgesG2923 having evilG4190 thoughtsG1261?

HearG191, my belovedG27 brethren: Has not 1GodG2316 chosen the poorG4434 as to the worldG2889, richG4145 in faithG4102, and heirsG2818 of the kingdomG932, which he has promisedG1861 to them that loveG25 him?

But ye have despised the poorG4434 [manG4145]. Do not the richG4145 oppress you, and [do not] they drag you before [the] tribunals?

And [do not] they blasphemeG987 the excellent nameG3686 which has been calledG1941 upon you?

If indeed ye keep [the] royalG937 lawG3551 accordingG2596 to the scriptureG1124, Thou shalt loveG25 thy neighbour as thyself, ye do wellG2573.

But if ye have respect of persons, ye commit sinG266, being convictedG1651 by the lawG3551 as transgressorsG3848.
