1 Kings 8:54-66
54And it wasH1961 so, that when SolomonH8010 had endedH3615 prayingH6419 all this prayerH8605 and supplicationH8467 to Jehovah, he aroseH6965 from before the altarH4196 of Jehovah, from kneelingH3766 on his knees with his handsH3709 spreadH6566 forth to the heavensH8064, 55and he stoodH5975 and blessedH1288 the whole congregation of IsraelH3478 with a loud voiceH6963, sayingH559, 56BlessedH1288 be Jehovah, who has givenH5414 restH4496 to his peopleH5971 IsraelH3478, according to all that he promised: there has not failed oneH259 wordH1697 of all his goodH2896 promises which he spokeH1696 through MosesH4872 his servantH5650! 57Jehovah our 1GodH430 beH1961 with us, as he wasH1961 with our fathersH1; let him not forsake us nor cast us off: 58that he may inclineH5186 our heartsH3824 to him, to walk in all his waysH1870, and to keepH8104 his commandmentsH4687 and his statutesH2706 and his ordinancesH4941, which he commandedH6680 our fathersH1. 59And let these my wordsH1697, with which I have madeH6213 supplication before Jehovah, beH1961 nigh to Jehovah our 2GodH430 dayH3117 and nightH3915, that he maintain the rightH4941 of his servantH5650, and the rightH4941 of his peopleH5971 IsraelH3478, as the matterH1697 of each dayH3117 shall require; 60that all peoplesH5971 of the earthH776 may knowH3045 that Jehovah is 3GodH430, that there is none else; 61and that your heartH3824 may beH1961 perfectH8003 with Jehovah our 4GodH430, to walk in his statutesH2706 and to keepH8104 his commandmentsH4687, as at this dayH3117. 62And the kingH4428, and all IsraelH3478 with him, offeredH2076 sacrificesH2077 before Jehovah. 63And SolomonH8010 sacrificedH2076 a sacrificeH2077 of peace-offerings, which he sacrificedH2076 to Jehovah, twenty-two thousandH505 oxenH1241 and a hundredH3967 and twentyH6242 thousandH505 sheepH6629. So the kingH4428 and all the children of IsraelH3478 dedicated the houseH1004 of Jehovah. 64The same dayH3117 the kingH4428 hallowed the middleH8432 of the courtH2691 that was before the houseH1004 of Jehovah; for there he offered the burnt-offerings, and the oblations, and the fatH2459 of the peace-offerings, because the brazen altarH4196 that was before Jehovah was too smallH6996 to receive the burnt-offerings, and the oblations, and the fatH2459 of the peace-offerings. 65And at that timeH6256 SolomonH8010 held the feastH2282, and all IsraelH3478 with him, a greatH1419 congregation, from the entrance of HamathH2574 unto the torrent of EgyptH4714, before Jehovah our 5GodH430, sevenH7651 daysH3117 and sevenH7651 daysH3117, fourteen daysH3117. 66On the eighthH8066 dayH3117 he sentH7971 the peopleH5971 awayH7971; and they blessedH1288 the kingH4428, and went to their tentsH168, joyfulH8056 and glad of heartH3820 for all the goodness that Jehovah had done to DavidH1732 his servantH5650, and to IsraelH3478 his peopleH5971.
