Ezekiel 7:19-27
They will throwH7993 their silverH3701 into the streetsH2351, and their goldH2091 will seemH1961 uncleanH5079. Their silverH3701 and goldH2091 cannotH3808H3201 save themH5337 in the dayH3117 of the wrathH5678 of the LORDH3068. They cannotH3808 satisfyH7646 their appetitesH5315 or fillH4390 their stomachs withH4578H3808 wealth, forH3588 it becameH1961 the stumbling blockH4383 that brought their iniquityH5771.
His beautifulH6643 ornamentsH5716they transformedH7760 into prideH1347and used them to fashionH6213their vileH8441 imagesH6754 and detestable idolsH8251.ThereforeH5921H3651 I will make theseH5414into something uncleanH5079 for them.21And I will hand these things overH5414H3027as plunderH957 to foreignersH2114and lootH7998 to the wickedH7563 of the earthH776,who will defile themH2490.22I will turnH5437 My faceH6440 away from them,and they will defileH2490 My treasured placeH6845.Violent menH6530 will enterH935 it,and they will defile itH2490.
ForgeH6213 the chainH7569,forH3588 the landH776 is fullH4390 of crimesH4941 of bloodshedH1818,and the cityH5892 is fullH4390 of violenceH2555.24So I will bringH935 the most wickedH7451 of nationsH1471to take possession ofH3423 their housesH1004.I will endH7673 the prideH1347 of the mightyH5794,and their holy placesH4720 will be profanedH2490.
AnguishH7089 is comingH935!They will seekH1245 peaceH7965, but find noneH369.26DisasterH1943 uponH5921 disasterH1943 will comeH935,andH1961 rumorH8052 afterH413 rumorH8052.Then they will seekH1245 a visionH2377 from a prophetH5030,but instructionH8451 from the priestsH3548 will perishH6,as will counselH6098 from the eldersH2205.27The kingH4428 will mournH56,the princeH5387 will be clothedH3847 with despairH8077,and the handsH3027 of the peopleH5971 of the landH776 will trembleH926.I will dealH6213 with themH853 according to their conductH1870,and I will judge themH8199 by their own standardsH4941.
