36Then the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068saidוַיֹּ֤אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to meאֵלַ֔י'e.LaiH413: “Sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of manאָדָ֕ם'a.DamH120,will you pass judgmentהֲתִשְׁפּ֥וֹטha.tish.PotH8199אֶֽת־'et-H853against Oholahאָהֳלָ֖ה'o.ho.LahH170וְאֶת־ve.'EtH853and Oholibahאָהֳלִיבָ֑ה'o.ho.li.VahH172?Then declareוְהַגֵּ֣דve.ha.GedH5046to themאֵ֖ת'etH853their abominationsתוֹעֲבוֹתֵיהֶֽן׃to.'a.vo.tei.HenH8441.

37Forכִּ֣יkiH3588they have committed adulteryנִאֵ֗פוּni.'E.fuH5003,and bloodוְדָם֙ve.DamH1818is on their handsבִּֽידֵיהֶ֔ן וְאֶת־bi.dei.Hen ve.'EtH3027 H854.They have committed adulteryנִאֵ֑פוּni.'E.fuH5003with their idolsגִּלּֽוּלֵיהֶ֖ןgi.lu.lei.HenH1544.They have evenוְגַ֤םve.GamH1571אֶת־'et-H853sacrificed their childrenבְּנֵיהֶן֙be.nei.HenH1121,whomאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834they boreיָֽלְדוּ־yal.du-H3205to Me,in the fireהֶעֱבִ֥ירוּhe.'e.Vi.ruH5674as foodלְאָכְלָֽה׃le.'okh.LahH402for their idols.

38They have alsoע֥וֹדodH5750doneעָ֣שׂוּ'A.suH6213thisזֹ֖אתzotH2063to Me:On that very sameהַה֔וּאha.Hu'H1931dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117אֶת־'et-H853,they defiledטִמְּא֤וּti.me.'UH2930וְאֶת־ve.'EtH853My sanctuaryמִקְדָּשִׁי֙mik.da.ShiH4720and profanedחִלֵּֽלוּ׃chi.Le.luH2490My Sabbathsשַׁבְּתוֹתַ֖יsha.be.to.TaiH7676.

39On the veryהַה֖וּאha.Hu'H1931dayבַּיּ֥וֹםbai.YomH3117they slaughteredוּֽבְשַׁחֲטָ֤םu.ve.sha.cha.TamH7819אֶת־'et-H853their childrenבְּנֵיהֶם֙be.nei.HemH1121for their idolsלְגִלּ֣וּלֵיהֶ֔םle.gi.Lu.lei.HemH1544,they enteredוַיָּבֹ֧אוּ אֶל־vai.ya.Vo.'u 'el-H935 H413My sanctuaryמִקְדָּשִׁ֛יmik.da.ShiH4720to profane itלְחַלְּל֑וֹle.cha.le.LoH2490.Yesוְהִנֵּה־ve.hi.neh-H2009,they didעָשׂ֖וּ'a.SuH6213thisכֹ֥הkhohH3541insideבְּת֥וֹךְbe.TokhH8432My houseבֵּיתִֽי׃bei.TiH1004.

41You satוְיָשַׁבְתְּ֙ve.ya.shavTH3427onעַל־'al-H5921a couchמִטָּ֣הmi.TahH4296of luxuryכְבוּדָּ֔הkhe.vu.DahH3520with a tableוְשֻׁלְחָ֥ןve.shul.ChanH7979spreadעָר֖וּךְ'a.RukhH6186before itלְפָנֶ֑יהָle.fa.Nei.haH6440,onעָלֶֽיהָ׃'a.Lei.haH5921which you had setשַׂ֥מְתְּsamtH7760My incenseוּקְטָרְתִּ֥יu.ke.ta.re.TiH7004and My oilוְשַׁמְנִ֖יve.sham.NiH8081,

42accompanied bythe soundוְק֣וֹלve.KolH6963of a carefreeשָׁלֵ֣וsha.LevH7961crowdהָמוֹן֮ha.mOnH1995.DrunkardsH5433were brought inמוּבָאִ֥יםmu.va.'ImH935from the desertמִמִּדְבָּ֑רmi.mid.BarH4057along withוְאֶל־ve.'el-H413menאֲנָשִׁים֙'a.na.ShimH582from the rabbleמֵרֹ֣ב אָדָ֔םme.Ro 'a.DamH7230 H120,who putוַֽיִּתְּנ֤וּvai.yi.te.NuH5414braceletsצְמִידִים֙tze.mi.DimH6781onאֶל־'el-H413your wristsיְדֵיהֶ֔ןye.dei.HenH3027and beautifulתִּפְאֶ֖רֶתtif.'E.retH8597crownsוַעֲטֶ֥רֶתva.'a.Te.retH5850onעַל־'al-H5921your headרָאשֵׁיהֶֽן׃ra.shei.HenH7218.

43Then I saidוָאֹמַ֕רva.'o.MarH559of her who had grown oldלַבָּלָ֖הla.ba.LahH1087in adulteriesנִֽאוּפִ֑יםni.'u.FimH5004: ‘NowH6256let them use her as a prostituteיִזְנ֥וּ תַזְנוּתֶ֖הָyiz.nuh taz.nu.Te.haH2181 H8457,for that is all she isוָהִֽיא׃va.Hi'H1931!’

44And they sleptוַיָּב֣וֹאvai.ya.Vo'H935with herאֵלֶ֔יהָ'e.Lei.haH413אֶל־'el-H413as withכְּב֖וֹאke.Vo'H935a prostituteאִשָּׁ֣ה זוֹנָ֑ה'i.Shah zo.NahH802 H2181כֵּ֣ןkenH3651;they slept withבָּ֗אוּ אֶֽל־Ba.'u 'el-H935 H413Oholahאָֽהֳלָה֙ וְאֶל־'o.ho.Lah ve.'el-H170 H413and Oholibahאָ֣הֳלִיבָ֔ה'o.ho.li.VahH172,those lewdהַזִּמָּֽה׃ha.zi.MahH2154womenאִשֹּׁ֖ת'i.ShotH802.

47The mobקָהָ֔לka.HalH6951will stoneוְרָגְמ֨וּve.ra.ge.MuH7275themעֲלֵיהֶ֥ן'a.lei.HenH5921and cut themאֶ֙בֶן֙'e.venH68downוּבָרֵ֥אu.va.Re'H1254אוֹתְהֶ֖ן'ot.HenH853with their swordsבְּחַרְבוֹתָ֑םbe.char.vo.TamH2719.They will killיַהֲרֹ֔גוּya.ha.Ro.guH2026their sonsבְּנֵיהֶ֤םbe.nei.HemH1121and daughtersוּבְנֽוֹתֵיהֶם֙u.ve.no.tei.HemH1323and burn downיִשְׂרֹֽפוּ׃yis.Ro.fuH8313their housesוּבָתֵּיהֶ֖ןu.va.tei.HenH1004בָּאֵ֥שׁba.'EshH784.

48So I will put an endוְהִשְׁבַּתִּ֥יve.hish.ba.TiH7673to indecencyזִמָּ֖הzi.MahH2154inמִן־min-H4480the landהָאָ֑רֶץha.'A.retzH776,and allכָּל־kol-H3605the womenהַנָּשִׁ֔יםha.na.ShimH802will be admonishedוְנִֽוַּסְּרוּ֙ve.ni.va.se.RuH3256notוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808to imitateתַעֲשֶׂ֖ינָהta.'a.Sei.nahH6213your behaviorכְּזִמַּתְכֶֽנָה׃ke.zi.mat.Khe.nahH2154.

49They will repayוְנָתְנ֤וּve.na.te.NuH5414you for your indecencyזִמַּתְכֶ֙נָה֙ עֲלֵיכֶ֔ןzi.mat.Khe.nah 'a.lei.KhenH2154 H5921,and you will bear the consequencesתִּשֶּׂ֑אינָהti.Se.nahH5375of your sinsוַחֲטָאֵ֥יva.cha.ta.'EiH2399of idolatryגִלּוּלֵיכֶ֖ןgi.lu.lei.KhenH1544.Then you will knowוִידַעְתֶּ֕םvi.da'.TemH3045thatכִּ֥יkiH3588Iאֲנִ֖י'a.NiH589am the Lordאֲדֹנָ֥י'a.do.NaiH136GODיְהוִֽה׃ פYah.wehH3069.’”
