40But nowG1161 ye seekG2212 to killG615 me, a manG444 that hath told you the truthG225, which I heardG191 from GodG2316: this did not AbrahamG11. 41Ye do the worksG2041 of your fatherG3962. They saidG3004 unto him, We were not bornG1080 of fornication; we have oneG1520 FatherG3962, even GodG2316. 42JesusG2424 saidG3004 unto them, If GodG2316 wereG1510 your FatherG3962, ye would loveG25 me: for I cameG2064 forthG1831 and amG1510 comeG2064 from GodG2316; for neither have I comeG2064 of myself, but he sentG649 me. 43WhyG5101 do ye not understandG1097 my speechG3056?
