Psalm 84
Revised Version 1895
For the Chief Musician; set to the Gittith. A Psalm of the sons of Korah.
1How amiable are thy tabernacles, O LORD of hosts!
2My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of the LORDH3068; my heart and my flesh cry outH4100 unto the living GodH3068.
3Yea, the sparrow hath foundH1571 herH413 an house, and the swallow a nest for herselfH5315, whereH413 sheH3820 may lay herH413 young, evenH1571 thine altars, O LORDH3068 of hosts, my King, and my GodH410.
6Passing through the valley of Weeping they make it a place of springs; yea, the early rain covereth it with blessings.
10For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my GodH430, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.
