Has goodadviceעֵצָה֙'e.TzahH6098beenH6lostH6by the prudentמִבָּנִ֔יםmi.ba.NimH995?Has their wisdomחָכְמָתָֽם׃cha.khe.ma.TamH2451decayedנִסְרְחָ֖הnis.re.ChahH5628?

8Fleeנֻ֤סוּNu.suH5127away, turnH6437backהָפְנוּ֙ha.fe.NuH6437,dwellלָשֶׁ֔בֶתla.She.vetH3427inH6009theH6009depthsH6009,You inhabitantsיֹשְׁבֵ֖יyo.she.VeiH3427ofDedanדְּדָ֑ןde.DanH1719, For Iwill bringהֵבֵ֥אתִיhe.Ve.tiH935thedisasterאֵ֥יד'eidH343of Esauעֵשָׂ֛ו'e.SavH6215upon himAt the timeעֵ֥ת'etH6256Ipunishפְּקַדְתִּֽיו׃pe.kad.TivH6485him.

9Ifאִם־'im-H518grapeבֹּֽצְרִים֙bo.tze.RimH1219pickersH1219cameבָּ֣אוּBa.'uH935to you,Would they not leaveיַשְׁאִ֖רוּyash.'I.ruH7604gleaningsעֽוֹלֵל֑וֹתo.le.LotH5955?Ifאִם־'im-H518thievesגַּנָּבִ֥יםga.na.VimH1590cameby nightבַּלַּ֖יְלָהba.Lay.lahH3915,They would destroyהִשְׁחִ֥יתוּhish.Chi.tuH7843onlywhatH1767wasH1767sufficientH1767for them.

12For thisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: “Beholdהִ֠נֵּהHi.nehH2009, thosewhoאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834were not sentencedמִשְׁפָּטָ֜םmish.pa.TamH4941to drinkלִשְׁתּ֤וֹתlish.TotH8354thecupהַכּוֹס֙ha.kOsH3563will certainlyשָׁת֣וֹsha.ToH8354drinkיִשְׁתּ֔וּyish.TuH8354it,so are you the oneה֔וּאHu'H1931who will be heldH5352completelyH5352blamelessH5352?You will not be heldH5352blamelessH5352,but you will certainlyשָׁתֹ֖הsha.TohH8354drinkתִּשְׁתֶּֽה׃tish.TehH8354it.

13For I haveswornנִשְׁבַּ֙עְתִּי֙nish.Ba'.tiH7650by Myself,” declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068, “thatBozrahבָצְרָ֑הva.tze.RahH1224will becomeתִּֽהְיֶ֣הtih.YehH1961anobjectH8047ofH8047horrorH8047,a disgraceלְחֶרְפָּ֛הle.cher.PahH2781,a wastelandלְחֹ֥רֶבle.Cho.revH2721,and a curseוְלִקְלָלָ֖הve.lik.la.LahH7045;and allוְכָל־ve.kholH3605its citiesעָרֶ֥יהָ'a.Rei.haH5892will becomeתִהְיֶ֖ינָהtih.Yei.nahH1961permanentעוֹלָֽם׃o.LamH5769ruinsלְחָרְב֥וֹתle.cha.re.VotH2723.”

14I haveheardשָׁמַ֙עְתִּי֙sha.Ma'.tiH8085a messageשְׁמוּעָ֤הshe.mu.'AhH8052from the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068, And amessengerוְצִ֖ירve.TzirH6735is being sentשָׁל֑וּחַsha.Lu.achH7971among the nationsבַּגּוֹיִ֣םba.go.YimH1471, saying, “Gatherהִֽתְקַבְּצוּ֙hit.ka.be.TzuH6908yourselves together and comeוּבֹ֣אוּu.Vo.'uH935againstעָלֶ֔יהָ'a.Lei.haH5921her,And riseוְק֖וּמוּve.Ku.muH6965upH6965for battleלַמִּלְחָמָֽה׃la.mil.cha.MahH4421!”

15“For beholdהִנֵּ֥הhi.NehH2009,I have madeנְתַתִּ֖יךָne.ta.Ti.khaH5414you smallקָטֹ֛ןka.TonH6996among the nationsבַּגּוֹיִ֑םba.go.YimH1471,Despisedבָּז֖וּיba.ZuiH959among peopleבָּאָדָֽם׃ba.'a.DamH120.

17“EdomH112will becomeוְהָיְתָ֥הve.ha.ye.TahH1961anobjectH8047ofH8047horrorלְשַׁמָּ֑הle.sha.MahH8047;everyoneכֹּ֚לkolH3605who passesעֹבֵ֣ר'o.VerH5674by it will beH8074appalledH8074and willhissוְיִשְׁרֹ֖קve.yish.RokH8319at allכָּל־kol-H3605its woundsמַכּוֹתֶֽהָ׃ma.ko.Te.haH4347.

18Like theoverthrowכְּֽמַהְפֵּכַ֞תke.mah.pe.KhatH4114of Sodomסְדֹ֧םse.DomH5467and Gomorrahוַעֲמֹרָ֛הva.'a.mo.RahH6017with its neighborsוּשְׁכֵנֶ֖יהָu.she.khe.Nei.haH7934,”saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068, “noלֹֽא־lo'-H3808oneאִ֔ישׁ'IshH376will liveיֵשֵׁ֥בye.ShevH3427thereשָׁם֙shamH8033,norוְלֹֽא־ve.lo'-H3808willanyoneבֶּן־ben-H1121of mankindאָדָֽם׃'a.DamH120resideיָג֥וּרya.GurH1481in it.

20Thereforeלָכֵ֞ןla.KhenH3651hearשִׁמְע֣וּshim.'UH8085theplanעֲצַת־'a.tzat-H6098of the Lordיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068whichאֲשֶׁ֤ר'a.SherH834He has plannedיָעַץ֙ya.'AtzH3289againstאֶל־'el-H413EdomH112,and His purposesוּמַ֨חְשְׁבוֹתָ֔יוu.Mach.she.vo.TavH4284whichאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834He hasH2803inH2803mindH2803againstאֶל־'el-H413the inhabitantsיֹשְׁבֵ֣יyo.she.VeiH3427of Temanתֵימָ֑ןtei.ManH8487:they will certainlyאִם־ לֹ֤א'im- lo'H518 H3808dragיִסְחָבוּם֙yis.cha.VumH5498them offH5498, eventhe littleH6810onesצְעִירֵ֣יtze.'i.ReiH6810of the flockהַצֹּ֔אןha.TzonH6629;He will certainlyאִם־ לֹ֥א'im- lo'H518 H3808makeH8074their pastureנְוֵהֶֽם׃ne.ve.HemH5116desolateH8074becauseעֲלֵיהֶ֖ם'a.lei.HemH5921of them.
