3and sendוְשִׁלַּחְתָּם֩ve.shi.lach.TamH7971word to the kingמֶ֨לֶךְMe.lekhH4428ofEdomH112,the kingמֶ֣לֶךְMe.lekhH4428ofMoabמוֹאָ֗בmo.'AvH4124,the kingמֶ֙לֶךְ֙Me.lekhH4428of the sonsבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121ofAmmonעַמּ֔וֹןa.MonH5983,the kingמֶ֥לֶךְMe.lekhH4428ofTyreצֹ֖רtzorH6865,and to the kingמֶ֣לֶךְMe.lekhH4428ofSidonצִיד֑וֹןtzi.DonH6721by the messengersמַלְאָכִים֙mal.'a.KhimH4397who comeהַבָּאִ֣יםha.ba.'ImH935to Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֔םye.ru.sha.LimH3389to Zedekiahצִדְקִיָּ֖הוּtzid.ki.Ya.huH6667kingמֶ֥לֶךְMe.lekhH4428of Judahיְהוּדָֽה׃ye.hu.DahH3063.

4Orderוְצִוִּיתָ֣ve.tzi.vi.TaH6680them to goto their mastersאֲדֹֽנֵיהֶ֖ם'a.do.nei.HemH113,sayingלֵאמֹ֑רle.MorH559, ‘ThisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordיְהוָ֤הYah.wehH3068of armiesצְבָאוֹת֙tze.va.'OtH6635,the Godאֱלֹהֵ֣י'e.lo.HeiH430of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478saysאָמַ֞ר'a.MarH559: “ThisH3541isH3541whatH3541you shall sayתֹֽאמְר֖וּto.me.RuH559to your mastersאֲדֹֽנֵיכֶֽם׃'a.Do.nei.KhemH113:

5‘I have madeעָשִׂ֣יתִי'a.Si.tiH6213the earthהָאָ֗רֶץha.'A.retzH776,mankindהָאָדָ֤םha.'a.DamH120,and the animalsהַבְּהֵמָה֙ha.be.he.MahH929whichאֲשֶׁר֙'a.SherH834are on the faceפְּנֵ֣יpe.NeiH6440of the earthהָאָ֔רֶץha.'A.retzH776by My greatהַגָּד֔וֹלha.ga.DolH1419powerבְּכֹחִי֙be.kho.ChiH3581and by My outstretchedהַנְּטוּיָ֑הha.ne.tu.YahH5186armוּבִזְרוֹעִ֖יu.viz.ro.'IH2220, and I willgiveוּנְתַתִּ֕יהָu.ne.ta.Ti.haH5414it to the one whoלַאֲשֶׁ֖רla.'a.SherH834isH3474pleasingיָשַׁ֥רya.SharH3474in My sightבְּעֵינָֽי׃be.'ei.NaiH5869.

6And nowוְעַתָּ֗הve.'a.TahH6258Ihave handedבְּיַ֛דbe.YadH5414 H3027allכָּל־kol-H3605theseהָאֵ֔לֶּהha.'E.lehH428landsהָאֲרָצ֣וֹתha.'a.ra.TzotH776overH5414to Nebuchadnezzarנְבוּכַדְנֶאצַּ֥רne.vu.khad.ne.TzarH5019kingמֶֽלֶךְ־Me.lekh-H4428of Babylonבָּבֶ֖לba.VelH894,My servantעַבְדִּ֑י'av.DiH5650,and I have alsoוְגַם֙ve.GamH1571givenH5414him theanimalsH2421of the fieldהַשָּׂדֶ֔הha.sa.DehH7704to serveלְעָבְדֽוֹ׃le.'a.ve.DoH5647him.

7Allכָּל־kol-H3605the nationsהַגּוֹיִ֔םha.go.YimH1471shall serveH5647him and his sonH1121and his grandsonH1121untilעַ֣ד'adH5704the timeעֵ֤ת'etH6256of his own landאַרְצוֹ֙'ar.TzoH776comesבֹּא־bo'-H935; thenmanyרַבִּ֔יםra.BimH7227nationsגּוֹיִ֣םgo.YimH1471and greatגְּדֹלִֽים׃ge.do.LimH1419kingsוּמְלָכִ֖יםu.me.la.KhimH4428willmakeH5647him their servantH5647.

8‘And it will be thatthe nationהַגּ֜וֹיha.GoyH1471or the kingdomוְהַמַּמְלָכָ֗הve.ha.mam.la.KhahH4467whichH834will not serveיַעַבְד֤וּya.'av.DuH5647him, Nebuchadnezzarנְבוּכַדְנֶאצַּ֣רne.vu.khad.ne.TzarH5019kingמֶֽלֶךְ־Me.lekh-H4428of Babylonבָּבֶ֔לba.VelH894,and will not putיִתֵּן֙yi.TenH5414its neckצַוָּאר֔וֹtza.va.RoH6677under the yokeבְּעֹ֖לbe.'OlH5923of the kingמֶ֣לֶךְMe.lekhH4428of Babylonבָּבֶ֑לba.VelH894,I will punishאֶפְקֹ֨ד'ef.KodH6485that nationהַגּ֤וֹיha.GoyH1471with theswordבַּחֶרֶב֩ba.che.RevH2719,with famineוּבָרָעָ֨בu.va.ra.'AvH7458,and with plagueוּבַדֶּ֜בֶרu.va.De.verH1698,’declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068, ‘untilעַד־'ad-H5704I have eliminatedתֻּמִּ֥יtu.MiH8552it by his handבְּיָדֽוֹ׃be.ya.DoH3027.

9And as for you,do not listenתִּשְׁמְע֨וּtish.me.'UH8085to your prophetsנְבִיאֵיכֶ֜םne.vi.'ei.KhemH5030,your divinersקֹֽסְמֵיכֶ֗םko.se.mei.KhemH7080, yourdreamersחֲלֹמֹ֣תֵיכֶ֔םcha.lo.Mo.tei.KhemH2472,your soothsayersעֹֽנְנֵיכֶ֖ם'o.ne.nei.KhemH6049,or your sorcerersכַּשָּׁפֵיכֶ֑םka.sha.fei.KhemH3786whoאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834talkאֹמְרִ֤ים'o.me.RimH559to you, sayingלֵאמֹ֔רle.MorH559, “You will not serveתַעַבְד֖וּta.'av.DuH5647the kingמֶ֥לֶךְMe.lekhH4428of Babylonבָּבֶֽל׃ba.VelH894.”

10For they are prophesyingנִבְּאִ֣יםni.be.'ImH5012alieשֶׁ֔קֶרShe.kerH8267to you inH4616orderH4616toH4616removeהַרְחִ֤יקhar.ChikH7368you farH7368from your landאַדְמַתְכֶ֔ם'ad.mat.KhemH127;and I will driveוְהִדַּחְתִּ֥יve.hi.dach.TiH5080you awayH5080and you will perishוַאֲבַדְתֶּֽם׃va.'a.vad.TemH6.

11But the nationוְהַגּ֗וֹיve.ha.GoyH1471that willbringיָבִ֧יאya.Vi'H935its neckצַוָּאר֛וֹtza.va.RoH6677under the yokeבְּעֹ֥לbe.'OlH5923of the kingמֶֽלֶךְ־Me.lekh-H4428of Babylonבָּבֶ֖לba.VelH894and serveוַֽעֲבָד֑וֹva.'a.va.DoH5647him, I willletH5117remainוְהִנַּחְתִּ֤יוve.hi.nach.TivH5117on its landאַדְמָתוֹ֙'ad.ma.ToH127,’declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068, ‘and they will cultivateוַֽעֲבָדָ֖הּva.'a.va.DahH5647it and liveוְיָ֥שַׁבve.Ya.shavH3427in it.’”’”

12I spokeדִּבַּ֔רְתִּיdi.Bar.tiH1696wordsהַדְּבָרִ֥יםha.de.va.RimH1697like allכְּכָל־ke.khol-H3605theseהָאֵ֖לֶּהha.'E.lehH428toZedekiahצִדְקִיָּ֤הtzid.ki.YahH6667kingמֶֽלֶךְ־Me.lekh-H4428of Judahיְהוּדָה֙ye.hu.DahH3063,sayingלֵאמֹ֑רle.MorH559, “Bringהָבִ֨יאוּha.Vi.'uH935your necksצַוְּארֵיכֶ֜םtza.ve.rei.KhemH6677under the yokeבְּעֹ֣לbe.'OlH5923of the kingמֶֽלֶךְ־Me.lekh-H4428of Babylonבָּבֶ֗לba.VelH894and serveוְעִבְד֥וּve.'iv.DuH5647him and his peopleוְעַמּ֖וֹve.'a.MoH5971,and liveוִֽחְיֽוּ׃Vich.YuH2421!
