12It isHe who madeעֹשֵׂ֥ה'o.SehH6213the earthאֶ֙רֶץ֙'e.retzH776by His powerבְּכֹח֔וֹbe.kho.ChoH3581, Whoestablishedמֵכִ֥יןme.KhinH3559the worldתֵּבֵ֖לte.VelH8398by His wisdomבְּחָכְמָת֑וֹbe.cha.khe.ma.ToH2451;And by His understandingוּבִתְבוּנָת֖וֹu.vit.vu.na.ToH8394He hasstretchedנָטָ֥הna.TahH5186outH5186the heavensשָׁמָֽיִם׃sha.Ma.yimH8064.
