1Then he broughtH7725me backוַיְשִׁבֵנִי֮vay.shi.ve.NiH7725to thedoorפֶּ֣תַחPe.tachH6607of the houseהַבַּיִת֒ha.ba.YitH1004;and beholdוְהִנֵּה־ve.hi.neh-H2009,waterמַ֣יִםMa.yimH4325was flowingיֹצְאִ֗יםyo.tze.'ImH3318from underמִתַּ֨חַתmi.Ta.chatH8478the thresholdמִפְתַּ֤ןmif.TanH4670of the houseהַבַּ֙יִת֙ha.Ba.yitH1004toward the eastקָדִ֔ימָהka.Di.mahH6921,for the houseהַבַּ֖יִתha.Ba.yitH1004facedפְנֵ֥יfe.NeiH6440eastקָדִ֑יםka.DimH6921.And the waterוְהַמַּ֣יִםve.ha.Ma.yimH4325was flowingH3381downיֹרְדִ֗יםyo.re.DimH3381from underמִתַּ֜חַתmi.Ta.chatH8478,from the rightהַיְמָנִ֔יתhay.ma.NitH3233sideמִכֶּ֤תֶףmi.Ke.tefH3802of the houseהַבַּ֙יִת֙ha.Ba.yitH1004,from southמִנֶּ֖גֶבmi.Ne.gevH5045of the altarלַמִּזְבֵּֽחַ׃la.miz.Be.achH4196.

2And he broughtH3318me outH3318by wayH1870of the northצָפוֹנָה֒tza.fo.NahH6828gateשַׁ֣עַרSha.'arH8179and ledH5437me aroundH5437on the outsideח֔וּץChutzH2351to the outerהַח֔וּץha.ChutzH2351gateשַׁ֣עַרSha.'arH8179,by the wayH1870facingהַפּוֹנֶ֣הha.po.NehH6437eastקָדִ֑יםka.DimH6921.And beholdוְהִנֵּה־ve.hi.neh-H2009,waterמַ֣יִםMa.yimH4325was spurtingH6379outH6379from the southהַיְמָנִֽית׃hay.ma.NitH3233sideהַכָּתֵ֖ףha.ka.TefH3802.

3When the manהָאִ֥ישׁha.'IshH376wentH3318outH3318toward the eastקָדִ֖יםka.DimH6921with a lineוְקָ֣וve.KavH6957in his handבְּיָד֑וֹbe.ya.DoH3027,he measuredוַיָּ֤מָדvai.Ya.modH4058a thousandאֶ֙לֶף֙'e.lefH505cubitsבָּֽאַמָּ֔הba.'a.MahH520,and he ledוַיַּעֲבִרֵ֥נִיvai.ya.'a.vi.Re.niH5674me through the waterבַמַּ֖יִםva.Ma.yimH4325,waterמֵ֥יmeiH4325reachingthe anklesH658.

4Again he measuredוַיָּ֣מָדvai.Ya.modH4058a thousandאֶ֔לֶף'E.lefH505and ledוַיַּעֲבִרֵ֥נִיvai.ya.'a.vi.Re.niH5674me through the waterבַמַּ֖יִםva.Ma.yimH4325,waterמַ֣יִםMa.yimH4325reachingthe kneesבִּרְכָּ֑יִםbir.Ka.yimH1290.Again he measuredוַיָּ֣מָדvai.Ya.modH4058a thousandאֶ֔לֶף'E.lefH505and ledוַיַּעֲבִרֵ֖נִיvai.ya.'a.vi.Re.niH5674me through the water,waterמֵ֥יmeiH4325reaching thehipsמָתְנָֽיִם׃ma.te.Na.yimH4975.

5Again he measuredוַיָּ֣מָדvai.Ya.modH4058a thousandאֶ֔לֶף'E.lefH505; and it wasa riverנַ֕חַלNa.chalH5158that I couldאוּכַ֖ל'u.KhalH3201notwadeH5674acrossH5674,becauseכִּֽי־ki-H3588the waterהַמַּ֙יִם֙ha.Ma.yimH4325had risenגָא֤וּga.'UH1342, enoughwaterמֵ֣יmeiH4325to swimשָׂ֔חוּSa.chuH7813in, ariverנַ֖חַלNa.chalH5158that could not be crossedH5674by wading.

6And he saidוַיֹּ֥אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to me, “Sonבֶן־ven-H1121of manאָדָ֑ם'a.DamH120, have youseenהֲרָאִ֣יתָha.ra.'I.taH7200this?”Then he broughtH7725mebackוַיְשִׁבֵ֖נִיvay.shi.Ve.niH7725to the bankשְׂפַ֥תse.FatH8193of the riverהַנָּֽחַל׃ha.Na.chalH5158.

7Now when I had returnedבְּשׁוּבֵ֕נִיbe.shu.Ve.niH7725,beholdוְהִנֵּה֙ve.hi.NehH2009,on the bankשְׂפַ֣תse.FatH8193of the riverהַנַּ֔חַלha.Na.chalH5158there wereveryמְאֹ֑דme.'OdH3966manyרַ֣בravH7227treesעֵ֖ץ'etzH6086on the oneH2088sideH2088and on the otherH2088.

8Then he saidוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to me, “Theseהָאֵ֙לֶּה֙ha.'E.lehH428watersהַמַּ֤יִםha.Ma.yimH4325goH3318outH3318towardH413the easternהַקַּדְמוֹנָ֔הha.kad.mo.NahH6930regionהַגְּלִילָה֙ha.ge.li.LahH1552and goוְיָרְד֖וּve.ya.re.DuH3381downH3381into theArabahהָֽעֲרָבָ֑הha.'a.ra.VahH6160;then they goוּבָ֣אוּu.Va.'uH935toward theseaהַיָּ֔מָּהhai.Ya.mahH3220,being made to flowH3318into theseaהַיָּ֥מָּהhai.Ya.mahH3220,and the watersהַמָּֽיִם׃ha.Ma.yimH4325of the seabecomeH7495freshH7495.

9And it will comeוְהָיָ֣הve.ha.YahH1961aboutוְהָיָ֥הve.ha.YahH1961that everyכָל־khol-H3605livingH5315creatureנֶ֣פֶשׁNe.feshH5315whichאֲֽשֶׁר־'asher-H834swarmsיִשְׁרֹ֡ץyish.RotzH8317in everyכָּל־kol-H3605place whereאֲשֶׁר֩ שָׁ֤ם'a.Sher shamH834 H8033theriverנַחֲלַ֙יִם֙na.cha.La.yimH5158goesיָב֨וֹאya.Vo'H935,will liveיִֽחְיֶ֔הyich.YehH2421.And there will be veryמְאֹ֑דme.'OdH3966manyרַבָּ֣הra.BahH7227fishהַדָּגָ֖הha.da.GahH1710,for theseהָאֵ֗לֶּהha.'E.lehH428watersהַמַּ֣יִםha.Ma.yimH4325goבָ֨אוּVa.'uH935thereשָׁ֜מָּהSha.mahH8033and the othersbecomeH7495freshH7495; soeverythingכֹּ֛לkolH3605will liveוָחָ֔יva.ChaiH2421whereאֲשֶׁר־ שָׁ֖מָּה'a.Sher- Sha.mahH834 H8033the riverהַנָּֽחַל׃ha.Na.chalH5158goesיָ֥בוֹאYa.Vo'H935.

10And it will comeH1961aboutH1961thatfishermenדַּוָּגִ֗יםda.va.GimH1728will standעָמְד֨וּya.'am.duH5975besideעָלָ֜יו'a.LavH5921it; fromEngediH5872to EneglaimH5882there will be a placeמִשְׁט֥וֹחַmish.To.achH4894forH4894theH4894spreadingH4894of netsלַֽחֲרָמִ֖יםla.cha.ra.MimH2764.Their fishדְגָתָ֔םde.ga.TamH1710will be according to their kindsלְמִינָה֙le.mi.NahH4327,like the fishכִּדְגַ֛תkid.GatH1710of theGreatהַגָּד֖וֹלha.ga.DolH1419Seaהַיָּ֥םhai.YamH3220,veryמְאֹֽד׃me.'OdH3966manyרַבָּ֥הra.BahH7227.
