Isaiah 41:18-29

18I will openH6605 1riversH5104 on the bareH8205 heightsH8205 And springsH4599 in the midstH8432 of the valleysH1237; I will makeH7760 2the wildernessH4057 a poolH98 of waterH4325 And the dryH6723 landH776 fountainsH4161 of waterH4325.19I will putH5414 the cedarH730 in the wildernessH4057, The acaciaH7848 and the 3myrtleH1918 and the 4oliveH8081 treeH8410; I will placeH7760 the 5juniperH1265 in the desertH6160 TogetherH3164 with the boxH8410 treeH8391 and the cypressH8391,20That 6they may seeH7200 and recognizeH3045, And considerH7760 and gainH7919 insightH7919 as wellH3164, That the 7handH3027 of the LordH3068 has doneH6213 thisH2088, And the HolyH6918 OneH6918 of IsraelH3478 has createdH1254 it.

21“8PresentH7126 your caseH7379,” the LordH3068 saysH559. “BringH5066 forwardH5066 your strongH6110 arguments,” The 9KingH4428 of JacobH3290 saysH559.2210Let them bringH5066 forthH5066 and declareH5046 to us whatH834 is going to takeH7136 placeH7136; As for the 11formerH7223 events, declareH5046 whatH4100 they were, That we may considerH7760 them and knowH3045 their outcomeH319. OrH176 announceH8085 to us what is comingH935;2312DeclareH5046 the thingsH857 that are going to comeH857 afterwardH268, That we may knowH3045 that you are godsH430; IndeedH637, 13doH3190 goodH3190 or evilH7489, that we may anxiously lookH8159 about us and fearH3372 togetherH3164.24BeholdH2005, 14you are of 15noH369 accountH369, And 16your workH6467 amounts to nothingH657; He who choosesH977 you is an 17abominationH8441.

25“I have arousedH5782 18one from the northH6828, and he has comeH857; From the risingH4217 of the sunH8121 he will callH7121 on My nameH8034; And he will comeH935 upon rulersH5461 as upon 19mortarH2563, Even as the potterH3335 treadsH7429 clayH2563.”26WhoH4310 has 20declaredH5046 this from the beginningH7218, that we might knowH3045? Or from formerH6440 timesH6440, that we may sayH559, “He is rightH6662!”? SurelyH637 thereH369 was 21noH369 oneH369 who declaredH5046, SurelyH637 thereH369 was noH369 oneH369 who proclaimedH8085, SurelyH637 thereH369 was noH369 oneH369 who heardH8085 your wordsH561.27“22FormerlyH7223 I said to ZionH6726, ‘BeholdH2009, hereH2009 they are.’ And to JerusalemH3389, ‘I will giveH5414 a 23messengerH1319 of good newsH1319.’28But 24when I lookH7200, thereH369 is noH369 oneH376, And thereH369 is noH369 25counselorH3289 26amongH4480 them Who, if I askH7592, can 27giveH7725 an answerH1697.29BeholdH2005, allH3605 of them are 28falseH205; Their 29worksH4639 are 30worthlessH657, Their moltenH5262 imagesH5262 are 31windH7307 and emptinessH8414.
