34The eunuchεὐνοῦχοςeunouchosG2135answeredἈποκριθεὶςApokritheisG611PhilipΦιλίππῳPhilippōG5376and saidλέγειlegeiG3004, “PleaseδέομαίdeomaiG1189tell me,of whomτίνοςtinosG5101does the prophetπροφήτηςprophētēsG4396sayG3004thisτοῦτο;toutoG3778?Of himselfἑαυτοῦ,he'autouG1438orἢēG2228of someoneτινός;tinosG5100elseἑτέρουheterouG2087?”

35ThenκαὶkaiG2532PhilipΦίλιπποςPhilipposG5376openedἀνοίξαςanoixasG455his mouthστόμαstomaG4750, andbeginningἀρξάμενοςarxamenosG757from thisταύτηςtautēsG3778ScriptureγραφῆςgraphēsG1124hepreachedεὐηγγελίσατοeuēngelisatoG2097JesusἸησοῦν.¶IēsounG2424to him.

36As they wentἐπορεύοντοeporeuontoG4198alongκατὰkataG2596the roadὁδόν,hodonG3598they cameἦλθονēlthonG2064to someτιtiG5100waterὕδωρhudōrG5204;and the eunuchεὐνοῦχος·eunouchosG2135saidφησινphēsinG5346, “LookἰδοὺidouG2400!Waterὕδωρ·hudōrG5204!WhatτίtiG5101preventsκωλύειkōlueiG2967me from being baptizedβαπτισθῆναι;baptisthēnaiG907?”

37[And PhilipG5376saidG3004, “IfG1487you believeG4100with allG3650your heartG2588,you mayG1832.”And he answeredG611and saidG3004, “I believeG4100that JesusG2424ChristG5547is the SonG5207of GodG2316.”]
