Romans 9:30-33
30What thenG3767 shall we sayG3004? That [they of the] nationsG1484, who did not follow after righteousnessG1343, have attained righteousnessG1343, but [the] righteousnessG1343 that is on the principle of faithG4102. 31But IsraelG2474, pursuingG1377 after a lawG3551 of righteousnessG1343, has not attained to [that] lawG3551. 32Wherefore? Because [it was] not on the principle of faithG4102, but as of worksG2041. They have stumbled at the stumblingstone, 33according as it is writtenG1125, BeholdG2400, I placeG5087 in ZionG4622 a stoneG3037 of stumbling and rockG4073 of offence: and he that believesG4100 on him shall not be ashamed.
